Petra was very upbeat and had lots of great ideas to get me going in the right direction. I have been at a standstill for a long time and I feel confident that she will help me get out of my rut and start some great new things.
I signed up for a free trial. Logged in to the app, and downloaded the vibrant connect app with it. There was nothing only a meal tracker. No meal plan, no weight loss plan, no personalized plan, nothing, zero, just a tracker app, it offers no weight loss program at all. Before I signed up I thought there were meal plans based on all the questions I answered etc. I was so looking forward to getting started. What a disgrace. Who's going to pay that price for a meal tracker app, with no weight loss program or meal plans at all.

I couldn't cancel in the app I wanted to try it but after the trial over Christmas I wanted to wait till new year. It kept kicking me out and they billed me I am on holiday with bad reception so a weeks subscription (which is a lot) got billed and I doubt they will refund

I have no idea how they have done this, I signed up for a trial of $0.50 I used Apple Pay I scanned with my face, for 50cents only, somehow a few minutes later a huge amount of $910 came off which I have no idea how because I would never approve such a huge amount, they refuse to give me a refund as apparently I signed up for 12 months, even if I did no where did it say $910, this is disgusting, I have never had this issue in my life, I demand a refund but they refuse and I have no idea what to do now.

They keep taking payments without telling you that this is a subscription which is tremendously expensive. Customer service is absolutely unhelpful and unreliable on this matter. Have left my family with very little to function this month, sad that this is reality and businesses like this exist - shocking!

1. The human connection was surreal! It felt like we had known each other for ages and simply took off from where we last met!
2. Questions were personally tailored and not robotic. She listened and she asked. Even though she was not familiar with the region I was calling from which is Senegal in Africa, she quickly understood my limitations and gave me super tips on how to go around those.
3. She understood why I wanted to lose weight and be healthy and also I understood the emotional journey one was on and was facing.
4. She stressed the need to be on self self as there was no competition. Top priority was me and that was all that mattered!
5. It was one day at a time and clearly it is more effective and best managed.

I was really hesitant at first to join Able, but after my first consult with Melissa I was sold. Melissa has a library of knowledge and a keen willingness to help others. Stay away this app is useless it doesn't really help and i did the trial but it was useless and nothing can navigate. Basically just like a messenger. I never used it and they charged me. You can even do any cancellation at the app. Nothing can be found. They won't even refund your money. Scammers
