I took what seemed like a very legitimate quiz before deciding to do a free trial. In the process of signing up for the free trial, they kept trying to push the full weekly (!) price of 23 pounds, to which I said no thank you. However, they asked this THREE times and I accidentally clicked on the wrong button; I then ended up being billed immediately with no confirmation.

I wrote to them and explained the problem and they have refused a refund as it is 'against their policy'. Having read other reviews, it seems the app itself is a complete scam and doesn't deliver what it promises. DO NOT sign up with these people! I have opened a dispute with my bank and am hoping the money will be refunded.

The insights shared during our session were invaluable. I now feel empowered and optimistic about my future progress, thanks to the guidance received.

I put my CC info in for a.50 cent trial and while going through their extremely long purchase pages it somehow skipped my.50 trial and charged me $595.50 for a non refundable 6 month subscription that I did not agree too. I contacted the merchant immediately and they refused to refund me, I even made a dispute with my credit card company and even though I never saw the 595 amount prior to being charged ( may be a computer glitch or an elaborate scam) my cc company says it is valid and I am still being charged. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CC INFO, there are NO refunds even if contacted immediately. Hopefully this saves some of you the headache of losing out on so much money. Because of this horrible experience I never even got to download and try the app because I didn't want anything to do with this unethical company.

Tried signing up for a free trial instead they got me for a 6 month subscription with their scammy and deceiving website and charged me $570! And they have a bull $#*! no refund policy. What honest business does that?! I really wish I would have searched reviews before even trying to fj a free trial. Infuriating to see how many other people this has happened to. I really hope they grow some decency and refund us!

This page has been stealing from me 35 dollars per week without me noticing it. I havent even never used their app or whatever they sell, when i complain their excuse was that I agreed their thief conditions. Dont use this page. All the good comments are fake.

So I have had the pleasure to chat and be monitored by Nina, it has been a pleasure because of how patient she has been throughout, even at my lowest. She is a great supporter and has always a great advice to give me. I have definitely improved in my daily routine and when it comes to achieving a set of realistic goals.
Only problem that I have sometimes with the app is when I can't book calls because of technical issues, but other than that Nina is great!

I came into wanting to use Able to help me with my weight and eating issues. I have been on a diet or weird exercise trend for over 10 years. I felt so lost and felt that I couldn't lose weight myself or felt like I had something wrong with me as to why I couldn't loose it. With this coach, I was really surprised with not only loosing weight, I haven't reached my weight loss goal however, but also resetting my mindset when it comes to eating mindfully and also changing my perspective on many things that I felt I should severely restrict myself on. My coach, Nina, was available and communicative with an open and supportive attitude. I'm really glad I made this investment and although I haven't lost all of my goal weight, I feel I was able to take away from this experience a better approach to this start of this journey and know that I can make better choices for my future and healthier self.

My rating would be ZERO! 🤬This app scammed me. I signed up for the 3 day trial for $3 and they immediately charged my account $590 dollars. My bank sent me a fraud notification text. I emailed the company right away and let them know they made a mistake within 5 minutes. They refused to refund my money. I did not even download or open the app. This all happened within 5 minutes of signing up.
