So I ordered 2 pairs of glasses AFTER making sure our mail strike was not going to disrupt shipping. I checked on my order and it said it was "on hold". I called and said wth? They said they fixed their "system" and Uniuni was doing shipping to Canada. Then they said no Uniuni wouldn't ship until after the mail strike, so I could pay extra and have it delivered DHL or fed ex. I said sure, fed ex, so they sent me a bill for the extra shipping, which I paid, but they charged shipping ON the shipping, which they said they would reimburse me. After about 2 hours, they finally said it would be shipped later that day. I was thrilled, fed ex should be one maybe 2 days max. 4 days later nothing. I signed on to see my order. Both were still on hold! I was furious. Now I have spent 4 plus hours messing around with this company. So on the chat I send what is with this order? "yes, it's on hold, our system". I said forget it, I'll get them somewhere else. I con't care about your system. When will I get my refund? "we'll let you know"! A ball park? A day? 2? a week? I want to buy some glasses. Nothing. They don't respond quickly if they don't like what you have to say. Never again!
I would personally recommend this site if you wear bifocals I need prism glasses you would save a great amount of money and they are just awesome take a little bit of time to get there if you're in Canada but it's worth it
I just received my lined bifocals from Abbe. The total cost was only $ 39 CAD and that includes shipping. I am amazed at the quality and price of these glasses. It took about 2 weeks to get my order, which is just fine. The prescription is accurate and the frames are stylish and sturdy. Abbe is definitely a company I want to buy from in the future. They are hard to beat for price, style and quality at that price! So glad I gave them a try.
Abbe glasses by far are the best company of there kind, not only are there prices lower than the rest the quality of there glasses and their ability to fulfill prescriptions more than perfectly puts them above the rest. I like the fact that they offer cheap glasses with the quality of more expensive ones. The glasses that I've ordered 2 months ago are comfortable and followed my prescriptions. I'll buy few more in the following weeks!

I would have given a zero rating if it were available, I am facing the worst ever customer service - no one pick up the call nor the option to leave the voice msg OR no one responds to the email. It's been more than one month that the order was placed the glasses received were too much loose
My recommendation is DO NOT BUY from this store thinking they are offering a lower price. But you will suffer chasing them to correct your order
I ordered 2 pair of glasses (prism and laya) and I absolutely love them. I was kind of scared to order online because this is the first time I have ever ordered prescription glasses online! I couldn't make my mind up on what to order so that's why I got 2 pair and they are both the correct prescription and they are perfect!
Been a fan for many years and never had a pro blem until I had to return a pair for the wrong rx. They kept stalling and stalling for several weeks until I sent a strong email. Finally they sent an address for the return and now emailing after a week after they recieved them trying to get a refund.

I purchased 2 pair of glasses for my daughter July. The glasses didn't fit right. They emailed stating I had to return them in order to get my 100 full refund so I did. It's been months and the still have my money and the glasses back in October. This company basically stole from me. Now I can't get a email or phone response. They phone recording states to leave a message but an soon as the message in done it hangs up. You can't leave a message. My daughter really needed the glasses. I wanted the credit so I could order her replacements. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses that I love. I was suppose to receive them in 14-21 days. After 21 days, I contacted them. They told me there had been a problem, and would either refund the money or replace the glasses. I chose to get the glasses replaced. I received them within 2 weeks. Customer service was GREAT. So many other companies would not have even contacted me back so I appreciate them reaching out to me about my order. I will def. Reorder with them.
I've contacted them several times asking them to stop emailing me as I never signed up in the first place, they kept agreeing and continued to email me. I've reported them for violating the CAN-SPAM act to the FTC, but I would never trust a company that sends unwanted emails after they've been asked several times to stop.

I received my glasses and noticed that the pieces that sit on my nose were crooked. I emailed the customer service address right away and after a few messages back and forth, I was told I can fix them myself. A video showing how to do it was sent to me but I don't think I should have to try to fix them on my own and risk breaking them. The customer service rep did ask if I had any suggestions on how to fix the problem and my response was either refund me my money or send me a new pair. That's when I was told to fix them myself! Horrible customer service. I will never order from them again!

I ordered from this company because they had a decent BOGO deal. I had previously ordered from YESGlasses and had no problems, but I was looking for a better deal. With Yesglasses, I had my Progressives with Photocromic tint in less and 7 days. It has now been 13 days and I have gotten several different answers about where my glasses are in the process. My spouse ordered from them and had their glasses in about 7 days(similar prescription for progressives, but they paid for rapid shipping), so no surprise there, but my glasses are apparently somewhere still in the processing system. I have contacted them a couple of ways now to request to cancel my order and to have my money refunded so I can just order from another company, but I am not getting any response at this point.
Placed my order a month ago and still don't have them. Site said they were shipping and now it's back to "assembling". I've emailed to check the status with no response. I call the number and it's just a recording on a loop. Hoping I get something soon before I dispute it with my bank.
