This is my second time ordering. The first order was good. This second order had been one big headache I was sent a tracking url that says my order has been sitting in China for four days. Everyone knows China Post us the worse ever! Read the reviews. Customer Service is extremely poor. The glasses are good but the shipping is awful. I would not recommend this company!

They have a clear return policy stated on their website but if you need to return your glasses they will redirect you to chat, then email and phone and drag their feet, all the while not accepting the return request.

They were patient with me and persistent in delivering the best resolutions to my issues concerning my glasses, right from my prescription to shipment. You opened my eyes, Abbe... and I am yours to the end!
I ordered from this company because they had a decent BOGO deal. I had previously ordered from YESGlasses and had no problems, but I was looking for a better deal. With Yesglasses, I had my Progressives with Photocromic tint in less and 7 days. It has now been 13 days and I have gotten several different answers about where my glasses are in the process. My spouse ordered from them and had their glasses in about 7 days(similar prescription for progressives, but they paid for rapid shipping), so no surprise there, but my glasses are apparently somewhere still in the processing system. I have contacted them a couple of ways now to request to cancel my order and to have my money refunded so I can just order from another company, but I am not getting any response at this point.
I must say that I was really unhappy with the delay in my order, and out of my frustration, I contacted them. Customer service was calm and talked me out of it. Now, I have received my glasses and I am loving them already. Thanks, ABBE!
I ordered my glasses on 10/15/19 and still have not received anything. I emailed the company and they said they had a problem with logistics. I kept asking for an exact shipping date and they kept ignoring my question and kept saying sorry. I finally said I wanted my money back and I've have yet to hear back from the company.? Never ordering from this company again!

Ordered my glasses and it was taking so long that I asked about the status. I was told that there was a problem but that it was going to be shipped. Weeks went by and they still said there was a problem but I never received a date. After more than a month I was told that it was taking too long and that I was going to receive a refund but no glasses. I needed the glasses and i could have bought a pain a long time before.

They have very affordable glasses! Their customer service is great as well. I recieved a phone call immediately after sending a message about my glasses. I wasn't able to answer but they left me a voicemail with the information which was very helpful. They even sent an email afterwards.

Abbe glasses made my glasses but during shippment the mail people crushed my package and my glasses were broken. I contacted abbe and they said no problem. And sent me a new pair. The quality and service is awesome. Im a customer for life!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered over a month ago and I've contacted support more than 5 times trying to get my issue resolved and am now having to dispute with my bank. I'm so upset that this is the only place that has the glasses I like with prescription. This is the worst experience I've had with a customer service team. They will not answer the phone, they will not email you back and they will ignore you on live chat. DONT use cashapp when purchasing cuz you will most likely need to dispute it with your bank because they will not send you a refund nor send you a new pair of glasses after spending almost $100 with them. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. You will be ignored and they will try to steal your money.

I have been following ABBE for a long time and read a lot of comments about ABBE. Recently, everyone was complaining about the logistics problem, so I consulted the customer service on the website. The customer service said that there was no major problem because of the impact of the Christmas season.So I bought it with the attitude of trying. I only spent $1 on a pair of frames for my new client, but I didn't expect that I received my glasses before long. I love it! Cheap and good quality, ABBE's customer service is very patient to answer my questions, the service is also very good! I would recommend ABBEGLASSES to everyone!

We had a great shipping challenge toward last year's Christmas holiday and some of our orders were delayed and we also had to re-assemble and used a different shipping method. Although it was a bad situation, the affected customers had to receive two packages since we were trying not to disappoint our them during the Christmas holidays.
This new company had quality eyeglasses for an inexpensive price.

Bad quality of lenses and frames. Prescription strength not followed. Also, unsubscribing from their annoying emails is not possible.

In September of 2022 I purchased two pair of glasses from ABBE, one pair distance, and one pair bifocal. Within 5 months BOTH PAIR had bubble fractures where the frame meets the outside edges of the lenses. The other day I decided to try another pair of glasses from ABBE. I immediately looked up my previous order with the defective glasses. I reported the discrepancy with the bubble fractures at the edges of the lenses. ABBE acknowledge that they had a problem with those glasses (I have the emails to show proof of this). However, they would not reimburse me in any way. Their reason for this was that the product had gone past the 14-day return period. They again acknowledged the defect in the previous order. However, after several rounds of correspondence, they would not reimburse me for the defect. I immediately canceled the new order and decided to review their product and service accordingly.
When you acknowledge that you are selling a defective product, it does not matter how long you have gone past your return date. You knowingly sold a defective product and will not reimburse your customer, or give applicable discount on a new purchase. This is extremely UNETHICAL, and people need to know about this before they do business with ABBE.
