EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We purchased an outdoor chaise lounge with canopy last year. Unfortunately, a wind storm broke the canopy. We contacted abba patio customer service and offered to purchase a canopy. No problem, we were covered by warranty. Great. We sent the many items invoice, photos, parts numbers etc. We were then told we were out of warranty for 24 hours! There was absolutely nothing they could do. We could purchase a new one with a not substantial discount.

The more we looked at the useless chaise the more upset we became. We attempted x many times to call only to be on hold for 40 minute intervals, disconnected, we would call back with the same results. When we finally got through, after days of attempts, to customer service this was not the correct department. We need to speak to service. Service requested the same invoices, photo parts number as they did not have any record of the previous conversations and rejections.

They could not send a canopy nor would they send one from the a complete lounge, this would render the chaise useless. No kidding. We have not heard from abba patio since.

My daughter bought me one of ABBA's umbrellas as a gift from one of their distributers in May. The unit arrived and was missing a critical part that renders the umbrella unusable. The enclosed paperwork said to contact ABBA customer service directly. After assuring me twice that they had shipped the replacement part, I still don't have it. Their latest response is that they are not responsible for missing parts, and I should contact the place where it was purchased. Since its past 30 days, the store that sold the item will not accept any returns. If you're looking to purchase any patio furniture, I suggest you deal with any other manufacturer.

We love our new umbrella from Abba Patio! The quality is great and it provides so much shade for our patio! It was very easy and quick to assemble and works great, definitely recommend!

I received my umbrella just a day before the stand which was fine. The umbrella and stand are great quality and easy to use! We absolutely love the colors to chose from!

I've had the 10x20 carport for 5 years now. Bit beat up. I wanted to replace the canopy and a couple cross pieces. But have never been able to reach anyone. I tried contacting them on Instagram and Facebook as well as email and of course their posted phone number. I be been on automatic hold for 30 minutes at a time, while ' their agents were busy with someone else' Numerous times. There are no agents to tslk to. If we really are directed to customer service in China, that explains why this is a sham. Product might be good, but the support sucks. In which case any warranty should be handled through Amazon. Get their 2-3 year Amazon warranty.
I read several reviews. People saying they had gotten in touch with someone and given run around. Evidently they don't want to help you.
I also noticed, laughfully that people complained their warranty started the day they ordered. It could be the day it shipped, But No company will start a warranty from the day it's delivered. That's naive. And dumb. No one can gaurantee that date.

Our umbrella came to us very quick. We love how easy it was to install and screw into our deck so we know it is secure. The feature that enables you to move the entire umbrella according to the sun is very importance to us since we have a full sun deck. The neutral beige color pulls everything together on our deck and looks amazing.

After three weeks it has not been shipped. The company will not do anything to look into a problem with an individual order until about one month has passed. Don't bother emailing, you get a poorly written automated response. Don't bother calling either until it has been more than a month after you have ordered it, all they do is say that it will be 5 - 20 days. And by the way, the "5 - 20 days" quoted for shipping is the time UNTIL THEY SEND IT TO FEDEX, according to the person I spoke to on the phone. This is despite the email you may receive saying "Your order is on the way." Don't believe it.

I'm in love with my new canopy it's so easy to set up and take down, also easy to move around great for fast shade anywhere.

I am so happy with this product! It is made very well and easy to use. The quality is made to last for a long time. I highly recommend this product!

This umbrella is incredible, great size and quality, its opens and closes quickly and is easy to assemble! I loved!
