My daughter bought me one of ABBA's umbrellas as a gift from one of their distributers in May. The unit arrived and was missing a critical part that renders the umbrella unusable. The enclosed paperwork said to contact ABBA customer service directly. After assuring me twice that they had shipped the replacement part, I still don't have it. Their latest response is that they are not responsible for missing parts, and I should contact the place where it was purchased. Since its past 30 days, the store that sold the item will not accept any returns. If you're looking to purchase any patio furniture, I suggest you deal with any other manufacturer.
