A2Hosting in case of accidental exceeding of the expected parameters (for example I load a greater number of files than the maximum allowed (they have set limits on the number of files that can be uploaded)), they suspend the service without notice and if you have a business site it is a big problem. Most of the time you open a ticket for technical issues, customer service responds by sending a link to a FAQ page and tells you to make do. The customer service often responds quickly but many times it takes many hours to give an answer with serious inconvenience in case you have an ecommerce site hosted by A2. I have sites hosted on other servers where I pay less and work better. A2hosting is to be avoided
Recently I had my website built and my site has been hosted on A2Hosting shared hosting. I like their quality hosting and speed. But I found the customer support bit inefficient. Most of the time, their chat support is unavailable. Other than that, everything was great.

I Have now been with A2 (Manage VPS hosting) for more then 2 years now.
The few time I have had any problem, it has been resolved with very short respond-time, and always in a very professional way.
I tried to contact both the billing and the sale department and after at least 20 minutes of hold music I was told to leave a message. Unbelievable and disgusting.
I had nothing much issues with A2HOSTING, their documentations are out dated and don't work. You contact support, and just go in circles like non sense.
