Got this K6500 Vivobook in Dec 23, now the graphic card will not work ( error 43?) the fan rattles all the time, when you open a browser it sounds like it is going to explode, people 2 offices away can hear it. Wireless 1 said deal with Asus direct it would be faster, Asus said it's not in warranty even though Wireless say there is a 12 month warranty when you buy. What a load of Crap,

The second item didnt arrive and I never received tracking. When i asked for help they could only tell me my first item arrived and could not understand that I was missing part of my order. It was like talking to a bot
