From our initial call our representative Jaime was informative and knowledgeable. She made excellent recommendations and helped us navigate the process quickly and effectively. Checkout was easy and offered many options. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
So far customer service was very helpful, courteous, and informative. Only complaint so far is the wait time is extremely long and no one gets back with you if you leave a message you just have to wait until you get someone on the phone. Imma leave an update once I receive product.

Needed help finding correct battery replacement for my mobility scooter. Seth Morris in customer service replied quickly and I got my batteries ordered. Bread approved my order and I am paying my batteries out in six months.

Ive been labouring over this chair purchase for a few years. I have a Cloud pr510 sme I love but wanted the 515 model for additional functionality and the option of Brisa fabric.

Overall, the webpage was ok and moderately easy to navigate but the web design is poorly done. When you click on chair options (I.e. Color options, arm and leg options) the image of the chair with the color and options chosen should be shown in the display picture.
