Fast for Convenience

I needed a wheelchair as my Medicare WC's weight is about 50 lbs—uneasy for an 81-year-old female wanting to continue her independence. I received a catalog from Spin Life and was able to get fast track securing a lightweight WC. It took about about 30 minutes to choose a chair and options. My kind of fast forward service; and to think I waited months…. For those that need help, they offer it; for me, the catalog and website were sufficient for my needs. I recommend their website for all your mobility needs.

Never buy a lift chair from spinlife
August 14, 2024

When I bought the lift chair I paid with a credit card and was billed immediately. It literally took months to deliver, and only after I stared calling weekly. That chair failed and is being replaced under warrantee. Well it's taking months to get it replaced. I am now starting to call weekly.

Don't honor warranty!

Stay Away! They expect you to repair your own equipment when problems arise. They send the part and you have to replace it. Not easy to do for my 90 year old mother. Wanted to charge me $250.00 to diagnose the issue and I still have to replace the part myself! Lift chairs that don't lift and they refuse to repair. Buy local and STAY AWAY from Spin Life.

Easy ordering

Great - Except

Great Company to do business with. However their return policy gives me great pause. Restocking fee total BS. Customer pays to ship back. You could be out hundreds through no fault of your own. I am still making purchase and hoping it's not a mistake. Beware!

Terrible company
April 20, 2017

There are a few really nice people working here but as far as getting anything done properly, they are among the worst I've seen. Incomplete orders (missing parts), extremely long wait times for resolution to problems and usually requiring multiple attempts to even get the ball rolling. I do NOT recommend their mattresses either. Only been sleeping on it a couple of weeks and it's already broken down in the middle (I only weigh 140!). Customer service is terrible also. It's like pulling teeth to get them to call you back. Apparently they don't have anyone that actually answers the phone so you just have to wait... and wait... and wait... You get the idea. Stay away from this company!

From the beginning I have had to suffer dangerous footplate issues. Their response time for help is extremely slow for how dangerous this is. Footplates constantly loosen and will not stay tight in order to remain up. My legs don't work hence wheelchair. So I transferring around down plate or even plates. One leg has multiple bruises. Thankful no open sore or blood clots. See pic.

RUN like hell!

Horrid customer service! Rude people. Paying for the "service" contract (was told it would cover ANY problems). Was waste of $. They have excuses why they won't cover anything. Then want to charge $375 for an electrical cord. Several other residents of our assisted living facility have also had terrible problems with Spinlife. I contacted Better Business Bureau and Golden technologies about this company. You should too!

Drive 4 wheel scooter
September 10, 2022

Beware of Drive scooters bought from Spinlife, first 6 months had new batteries, new charger, tech come to house and did not fix. They replaced the scooter. During cargo backup so did not arrive for 6 months which was fall. Used from March thru June. Does not work again. $400 new batteries, $300 new charger and nothing. Advised to call Tech Services. Could not or would not give advice as to other things to check. Service call is $250.00. Be sure to do due diligence before buying.

Nice find

I'd never heard of the company until I received a catalog in the mail. The site has a wide variety of products and is easy to navigate through.

My only suggestion would be to have a 3D feature to look at the product - especially when there's a 20% restocking fee on the wheelchair backpack I purchased. I would have liked to see additional angles and vantage points to make sure it fits my needs.

Discount Please?

I got two New Electric Chairs from your company. In one of these the batteries have already failed! To my surprise the New replacement batteries are just over $500.00! I am on a fixed income & with my problems I don't see any way for me to make extra money to cover this extra cost. Please at least apply a gift code to my order to help me out. I have been a good customer I think I deserve this much.

Got a scooter I wanted at a great price
November 29, 2024

I've been looking for a particular scooter on used sites, and an ad popped up offering a brand new one at a great price, so I jumped on it. Ordering online was simple and easy. My only minor complaint is that there is no option to include specific delivery instructions, like for them to deliver near the garage. If I don't catch them and tell them not to leave it by the front door, I'm going to have to call someone to help me move it.

1st Time Purchaser

The rep that took my call was extremely patient and was able to answer all my questions making my decision process so easy. The follow-up email confirmation of our call along with the quote was all included in the email making it so easy to just click on the order button. Amazing product knowledge

I was serviced by Daryl on my order for a new power wheelchair lift. I explained to Daryl my goal in placing a power lift on the back of a new EV truck. Daryl asked me all the right questions and then began contacting the company for the correct ordering answers. Within a day he emailed me a quote with all of the requested parts and at a great price.
