Well I'm two weeks in to taking this product and so far I'm not seeing any curb in my appetite. I am taking it as directed, before morning meal with 8 oz of water and then before afternoon meal, again with 8 oz of water. I will continue to take it because I spent the money on it but I have my doubts that it will help any with weight loss because the one reason I bought it was for the appetite suppressant.
A series of hiccups to receive my product, and I'm just trying it out. I hope I am not disappointed. Anyway, I hope the money-back guarantee is fulfilled, if I have no results

I gave Phenocal an honest try. For three months, I followed the directions and it did absolutely NOTHING. It is a gimmick. Don't waste your money.
Easy site to negotiate and order and relatively quick delivery for where we are located in the center of the Pacific.
