Well I'm two weeks in to taking this product and so far I'm not seeing any curb in my appetite. I am taking it as directed, before morning meal with 8 oz of water and then before afternoon meal, again with 8 oz of water. I will continue to take it because I spent the money on it but I have my doubts that it will help any with weight loss because the one reason I bought it was for the appetite suppressant.
Re-ordered and is not working like the first bottle. Wondering if it's full of placebos this time around. Was so excited to finally find something that was helping me to lose weight but not so much anymore. Doing same regimen as the first bottle. Very disappointing.

Same song, second verse... I truly wish a company (manufacturer) could come up with a product that actually works. I was not impressed with Phenocal at all. If five thousand (5000) customers purchased a product in hopes of accomplishing their goal, that company would profit greatly whether the product worked or not... All the way to the bank!
I guess I have learned from my mistake.
I'd give this a 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5. This product literally changed my life. I have been struggling with weight loss since I was a child and now I finally see results after I started using this product! I also workout regularly just basic exercises nothing major. Thanks to Phenocal!

I gave Phenocal an honest try. For three months, I followed the directions and it did absolutely NOTHING. It is a gimmick. Don't waste your money.
