Worse, there is no way to cancel your subscription directly from your account settings—you have to email them, which is an intentionally inconvenient process designed to trap users. When I noticed the renewal charge, I contacted them immediately, only to be told it was "too late" for a refund. This happened within minutes of the transaction—hardly fair or acceptable. To make matters worse, the service itself is a scam. Job Leads simply aggregates job postings from free platforms like Indeed. Nothing exclusive or valuable justifies their pricing. In many countries, including Canada, these practices are illegal. Reputable companies allow their users to manage their subscriptions directly. Job Leads is clearly not one of them.
