Ordered tires and rim package from Fitment Industries. After a lengthy wait, nearing two weeks, the package finally showed up. I was not notified of the delivery per the instructions I provided. I was originally concerned that the invoice showed an incorrect lug nut spacing and reached out to customer service as a precaution. They assured me everything was correct. I had originally input my vehicle information to ensure tire and wheel fitment, and selected a different set of tires. As you progress through the order process, Fitment offers a tire and wheel package. What I did not realize is that the package does not take into consideration the info you inputted. The tire size was too large. When I reached out to rectify the response was "we only checked the rim lug nut diameter - you should have asked about the tire". Well I re-ordered from a competitor and they ensured everything was correct, following up to me within 2 hours of the order with a phone call. They also shipped in 2 days, vs. the nearly two-week process with Fitment. Also, Fitment has tried to censor two of my other posts! As for the shipping times, they responded with basically "tires are heavy and this is hard"... lmao. We live in a world of near-instant fulfillment. Over ten days to ship? Laughable. If I could have rebutted their comments, I would have but alas, I'll just have to find another place to post my experience. Ultimately I would not pay the return fee or partial return fee so I ate a pair of crappy tires. Lesson learned. Do business locally or chose another online retailer!

Sent me $1000 worth of defective drag radials and refused to do anything about it. Notified them the day they were mounted and discovered they were defective. Provided documentation from the tire shop and pictures and they still refused. They have no quality control. Go somewhere else.

I have seriously been waiting forever to get my wheels and tires. First, they took my money and didn't even have access to the wheels I wanted. Now that I have selected a different set, it has taken nearly a month to even get them close to shipping. However, they have sat on a shipping dock for 5 days and haven't moved. I wish I had bought from someplace else. I could have ordered from the manufacture directly and gotten them a lot faster.

I wanted a set of wheels for my wifes car but wasnt sure what size and offset would work, Joe from fitment industries was extremely helpful in making that choice. He even recommended what size tires to install on the rims and they offer free mounting and balancing. I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

I ordered a set of 1" wheel spacers. After waiting a week to arrive on the slowest shipping possible, they sent a set that was chipped, looked like it had been dropped. Also wrong size. They sent 1.5". After a week of slow communication, not wanting to wait another 3 weeks to ship the wrong part back and then wait to ship the right part, they agreed to ship the correct part if I signed a contract and paid a dollar deposit in case, I did not ship the wrong part back they could charge me. Reluctantly signed, then they stated there was an inventory issue and multiple complaints from customers on the same issue. It would take time for them to confirm if they are actually stockiing the right part. I let them know I was not impressed and wanted a refund. Ordered else ware and showed up in 4 days. Don't waist your time with these guys. They may have a quality part but would not know. Customer service is not oriented towards please customers.

My wheels arrived damaged with scratches, blotched ceramic coating with missing wheel weights and the lug nut socket to install or remove. I immediately emailed pictures to customer service. After two days of waiting for them to respond, I got an email response asking me what I they think they should be compensate me for the damage. That not making much sense, I called them again and they said they were too busy with other customers and that I just needed to respond to their email. Long story short they wanted to credit me $200 for $3600 wheels. My local body shop quoted me $1300 to fix. Customer service is atrocious. It may be an anomaly, but is it worth taking the chance!?!? Do not spend one dollar with this company. Highly recommend looking elsewhere there are many other reputable companies available.

I ordered some Shift Piston wheels from Fitment Industries earlier this year. They were on back order, and took almost 3 months to arrive to me. They looked great upon arrival and installation back in April. Now, only 3 months later, I've noticed the clear coat is peeling on the wheels and I don't use anything but soap and water to clean them, weekly, like I do all of our vehicles. This should be covered under some type of warranty. I submitted a warranty claim to FI and they supposedly send it to the manufacturer. Their response is that the manufacturer declined my request because of inconsistent cleaning practices. Fitment Industries says they can't do anything about it. I'm going to fight both companies on this tooth and nail, but I highly recommend going elsewhere for your wheels and tires.
William - We completely understand your frustration given the clearcoat peeling on those wheels. However, we also do not physically manufacturer those wheels. With that being the case, we are obligated to go back to the manufacturer responsible for making those wheels, as that would possibly be a manufacturer defect. It would be on that manufacturer to properly resolve those issues. I literally get all of my Information from this company on YouTube. It could be camber kit, your suspensions, tire stretch, wheel fitment. They give out some really good advice. I would have ordered my wheels from them but, I don't believe they custom make rims

I bought a set of rims and tires, neither on back order, about 17 days ago now. They have sent no updates and tracking info, I have no idea where my 1600 dollars worth of stuff is and when I emailed for help they said it would ship 24-48 hours after they sent the email and then it would take another 24-48 hours to get a tracking number, that's terrible. What makes it worse, it's been about 4 days total after I got that email from their "support team" and still nothing, will not be spending money here again.

Purchased wheels from their website, entered vehicle information, selected wheels, answered more detailed questions about my vehicle, finished transaction. Wheels do not fit. They want $400 to return because I didn't physically call and speak to somebody to verify fitment.

There were scratches on the lips barely any protection at all around the wheel. But after a good talk in customer service they were kind enough to reimburse some money for the wheels. Besides that I'd still buy products from them! (Only if they have more secured packaging)

Experience was overall great. Relatively fast shipping, good packaging. Unfortunately I did not receive my lug nuts with my wheels but support easily helped me get replacements. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I've already once purchased wheels from them and it took two weeks to arrive at my house. The second set I've bought has taken over a month with a single update, and when they claim they will call you back they don't… today was the first day I've dealt with polite customer service, thank you directly,. Please update your customers with their orders, and call them back. I also can mention that after a month, just yesterday I was told the tires are on back order till next year, now I have to purchase more expensive ones. I understand it's out of their control but a small discount would be helpful for the ones in this situation as well…
