Don't purchase from this site service are very poor if you still in any difficulties with payment don't give best service if you purchase any gem you loss your hard money.

Hi All, PLZ PLZ PLZ, don't buy anything from this company unless you are 100% sure that whatever you are buying from them is fit and right for you. I recently purchased one emerald stone from their website after reading their refund policy which says "Peace of Mind Return in 14 days" but when i asked them to take back the product as i didn't like it but they gave all possible excuses to not provide refund. I argued a lot with their sales representative saying this is your refund policy and i am ready to bear 10% loss as per their policy but he gave end number of reasons like my product is of superior quality so won't take back, we only exchange products that too in case of size issue and in my case i had opened the seal of the box so they said why did you opened the seal as our policy so we won't take it back. I do not understand then what the hell "Peach of Mind return policy means?. Their policy in itself is contradictory and they should have clearly said that we only exchange the product and do not entertain any returns. I requested them a lot that you should entertain customer need and respect customer wish but they didn't accept a tall. I hope this review will be helpful to you before you make any decision to go with this firm.

Buyer's beware.

If you buy anything from 9Gem you run a severe risk of getting fakes and synthetics. I purchased what I thought were rhodolite garnets from them. Those who know testing of gemstones know that:

Specific Gravity of rhodolite runs between 3.79-3.89 dependent on location and refractory index is between 1.745-1.761.

I tested the two stones I received on a specific gravity scale and a GIA refractometer, both had specific gravity of 5.26 and RI of 1.55. Additionally they had inclusions not consistent of rhodolite garnets when viewed under a Nikon smz-10 microscope. When I stated to them that what they sold me was incorrect and I wanted a refund they asked for proof in which I provided two videos of testing as well as microscopic photos of the inclusions. The response was they wanted lab certification and that wasn't good enough. Earlier in the conversation they stated they don't test "semiprecious" stones or provide lab certifications for them. How they know what they are selling then is beyond me.

Regardless, just trying to protect new and existing fellow gemology enthusiasts to keep the name and trade in good light for everyone. Spend your money elsewhere and don't get taken advantage of here.
