I contacted 9gems for buying yellow sapphire. A person from 9gems started conversing with me on watsapp through *******388 he said his name is gurjeet first he was polite n showed me some stones n also sent me links n videos of some stones. But except for 2 stones all the other were packed in the box n gurjeet was asking me to select from those. How can a person check a stone without taking a stone in hand and he also said even after purchase if i open the box n didnt like the stone i cant return it back as i hv opened the seal of the box. Guys its a scam they make u buy stone which is in the sealed box and naturally you will open the box after receiving it and once u open the box they wont except the returns in case u didnt like the stone after checking it personally. I was checking stones from other dealers also.and finally i liked a stone from another dealer and i purchased it. Then when i received a message frm gurjeet inquiring about my status of buying the stone i informed him that i purchased the stone from another dealer then his reply on watsapp was "thanks for wasting our time" thats how these people treat their customers if the customer doesnt buy things frm thm.
Guys if u r thinking of buying gemstones from gems9.com then be careful dont forget to ask them for a pic or video of the gemstone without the box and also ask them to email u their return policy n read it thoroughly as gemstones r costly affairs n u wont like ending up with a bad quality stone or with a stone dat u dont like.

I cant stop anybody from buying stones from gems9.com but i can advice u to be caution while buying stones from thm. Ask them to send u pics of stones without the box as u cant see the flaws in the stone till its held in light.and the white background in the box hides these flaws. So ask them to send pics n videos of the stone without the box.
