Can't say enough good words about this company! Found shirts for almost every person on my gift list this year and when I had a little snag in my order (my fault, NOT theirs) they were so quick to help me fix everything without so much as a hesitation! I will be a customer for life!
Ever since the cyber monday debacle I have had issues with the site. The customer service is terrible. They say 24 hours response, and it is over 24 hours.
Now Trying to place and order that I had hoped to have by Christmas, and the site is giving me no place to enter my credit card information. Searched everywhere and during check out when it says Proceed to Payment, nothing happens.
It's a shame too, because they have such great choices, but their customer service is absolutely terrible and they never own up to their mistakes or wrongs (as I have seen reading the reviews and through Facebook.

From order to delivery it took nearly 3 weeks to get my shirts. And I ordered the mystery pack, in which they use shirts they already have lying around so there was no processing time. Four days after I bought them and received payment confirmation I emailed to ask if they had shipped my order yet. They shipped it two hours after I asked. I paid $12.40 for shipping so I assumed it would come in a USPS medium-flat-rate box in 2-3 days. But I was wrong. They shipped it UPS ground. It was absolutely ridiculous.
ABOUT THE MYSTERY PACK OF SHIRTS:
I am very happy with the shirts. They sent me a good selection and the quality is good. This would be a 5-STAR review if they had simply shipped USPS instead of UPS. I'm dumbfounded that anyone, let alone a business, would choose that shipping method when USPS ships for the same price with a max 3-day delivery.
Thanks for the feedback! We do make each item to order, so that is why we offer a rush processing option online for those that need orders shipped right away. We also offer 3 different methods so you may control transit times. Since our prices are so low and we do not pad the price of shipping into our items, this is why the shipping costs may be higher than what you are used to seeing with companies who choose to employ this practice.
Please keep in mind that all of our shipping transit times are displayed next to prices before submitting an order. These prices do include packaging along with other expenses charged to us by carriers due to the size of our company (such as charges to pick up packages from our facility).

I bought shirts on the 21st of November. When completing my order it stated 7-14 days for delivery. As I didn't need these until the 9th of December, that was plenty of time. I completed my order and was charged twice. I had to contact them for the refund.
Over a week passed and I assumed my package was I transit. Finally I received an email saying its just been shipped and this can take up to 3 full weeks to receive. These were bought for work secret santa for the 9th of December which will now be cancelled and im out of pocket $160 as my workplace shuts that week.
I emailed to confirm the times of shipping and asking if they think its possible id receive in time. They were unhelpful and I will never order again. 1st and only time customer.
Hi Brittney! We apologize for any frustration as we do have all of our shipping policies stated online and available to view before placing an order. International packages do usually arrive within 7-14 business days with the base shipping but it can take up to 3 weeks if customs decides to hold the package for any reason. Unfortunately, this is simply something we cannot control and it is why we also offer an expedited method for international shipping at checkout.
The carrier will not allow us to speed up or redirect the package once shipped and we do see our customer service team offered the option of a full refund to you if the package did not arrive in time. As there are still 6 more business days left before you need the package, it still has a great chance of arriving within the usual 7-14 business day time frame from the date of shipment. Please don't hesitate to let our customer service team know if you need further help!
Awesome tshirts; TONS of graphics to choose from. Ive ordered from them twice, probably 20 shirts total, all different. Only ONE was printed off-center. I contacted Customer Service, and they made up a new shirt and shipped it right away. Im a tshirt addict, so as long as they stick around, theyll have a loyal customer in me!

The delivery company didn't deliver my shirt initially. I contacted 6dollarshirts via email. They did an investigation and I had my shirt mailed and delivered to me shortly there after.

Washed it maybe five times in the span of 3 months and it has shrunk quite a bit. I wouldn't recommend them.
I am sorry to hear that! Being 100% cotton, shirts can shrink depending on the laundering method. Online we recommend washing shirts with low to no heat to help reduce shrinkage. If the shrinkage is defective, please email our customer care team so we can help get you a replacement!
I am reading responses that 6dollarshirts doesn't shoulder any blame for their poor communication skills. If you want to state that your site says X, Y & Z please actually show the links of where this is stated. Because as far as I am concern I would not buy from this company again. I couldn't even get a live person on the phone. I had used my amazon card for convenience and I have no problem reporting to my credit card that I want payment stopped because these items never showed up.

Ordered 3 shirts 2were messed up they printed design on top of a bunch of loose string so 2 shirts are ruined. They took 3 times longer to get than they said. They don't correspond with you. They will if you write a bad review, they will blame you for not understanding instead of writing you an email explaining whats going on. Kids with a business

The shirts are spot on to the sizing chart on their website and I could not have imagined how comfortable they are! I ordered 11 of them on the 16th of September and got them on the 22nd. No problem getting a tracking number when they were shipped, and no problem with the shipping at all. Whenever I need more shirts, I'll definitely be looking to this site again! I ordered a shirt from them over a month ago, and I still have no idea where it is. They only provided me with a US tracking number, so as soon as it crossed the border into Canada, tracking stops. I emailed 6 dollar t shirts and their response was essentially, "When the package gets returned to us, we will resend it to your address."
Gee thanks, I guess I should be expecting the package sometime next year. What a joke.
I apologize for any delay in your order! We state online that we are unable to fully track international orders and that any shipment can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. This information is available to view before placing an order. Since we cannot control if customs will hold any package it can take 3 weeks there and the same time back. The t-shirts are awesome. Great material, true to size! They did initially forget to send me a conformation of shipping, but when I emailed them, I got a response almost immediately I know people $#*! about the shipping charge, but come on! I got 11 shirts for $70 and the package weighed 5 $#*!in pounds... hello! Totally worth it!

I've ordered about 15 shirts now from 6dollarshirts. All of them have been amazing. I love that the designs are original and the color choices are plentiful. The sizes are pretty true to size and I haven't had any issues with shrinking or the image chipping. I was sent some incorrect shirts in my last order, but the company was very quick to correct it and send me the correct product with no hassle. Also, the prices are amazing. Some shirts are more than $6 but it depends on the graphic and the complexity of the image. It's still a great deal for what you get. Definitely will be buying more in the future!

I misunderstood the shipping time and was in a pinch to get an order for my husband's birthday. Ariel helped make sure I'd get the order as quickly as possible. Customer service is so important. Each order is made on order so leave plenty of time for them to make the shirts. Don't be like me!

I ordered six shirts for a birthday on3 Saturday, then heard nothing. Expected my order had been shipped. Friday the week after, I get an email notification that my order was shipped that evening and should arrive Friday the following week.
I was very disappointed but I understand now that they can only offer such a humongous selection of designs in all sizes and colors because they actually print your t-shirts when you order them. I had failed to read the order information properly.
Well, the shirts arrived, and my friend was just as happy to get them a week later. They are good quality, the colors are nice, the cotton is good quality, and you can wash and tumble-dry these shirts over and over, and they always come out nice. So yes, after I was first disappointed (and posted a "meh" review), I am now a fan and would definitely order again.

What an amazing deal - 10 shirts for $5 each?! I was nervous about the quality of the shirts because the price was so low, but they arrived within a few weeks and the shirts are amazing. Soft material, impeccable printing, and great graphics. I got 10, kept 4 for myself, and gave the rest away as birthday presents to friends. They loved the shirts, too.
