Ordered laces for a trip but they sent the wrong ones so messed that up. Tried to get a hold of them for a couple days finally responded, said they were sending right ones out 2 weeks later still don't have them.and their shoe tags don't look the same on site as they do in person waste of money. Things should move a lot faster than this.
Ordered 3 shirts 2were messed up they printed design on top of a bunch of loose string so 2 shirts are ruined. They took 3 times longer to get than they said. They don't correspond with you. They will if you write a bad review, they will blame you for not understanding instead of writing you an email explaining whats going on. Kids with a business

Thanks for the feedback! We do state online that each shirt is made to order so while we do usually ship pretty quickly, it all depends on the volume of orders we currently have in production. Because of this, we offer a rush processing option for those that need an order shipped within a business day. The transit time selected at checkout only includes the package transit (after shipped) and I apologize for any confusion.
