Im leaving the country soon. And i got only 2 weeks left when i ordered about 11 shirts from them. So i emailed them and asked if they could get it delivered to me before i leave the country. I was surprised that they responded sooner than i expected and addressed and took care of my concerns. The very next day, they shipped my orders and it got here and i still have one week before i go! Im so happy about their products! The shirts look awesome, the fabrics and the designs. Really, i appreciate them a lot. And would 100% order again when i come back to USA. Thank you very much 6 dollar shirts!

Never, ever, I'll order anything from these thieves! Ordered my item over a week ago with "rush delivery" (paid extra) but the order still hasn't updated. Zero visibility and communications from customer service. No response for my emails and or phone calls! I don't think anyone is even monitoring emails or phone calls.

Very frustrated!

Never received order
January 4, 2018

I ordered back in November thinking this was ample time to receive my order before Christmas as I am located in Canada. I am a long time customer and have ordered as late as mid-December before with no issues. My order was not shipped for a week, which I forgave because I understand things get crazy around the holidays. I still have not received my order. Tracking shows that it is being bounced around all over the place. I have attempted contacting this company through their website and their provided email with no response. Incredibly disappointed especially as we know other people in our city have been having problems receiving their orders as well.

I ordered 5 shirts on December 22nd and was charged $10.79 for shipping. After receiving no communication I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. Finally I am told that they will ship on December 31st. Shipping costs are very high especially considering the order has not shipped after a week.

I was a little disappointed and skeptical when i didnt hear back from them for a few days during holidays. I had to leave the place of shipping address and USA soon and they understood the concern and bumped me up to priority 2 day shipping for free and got it sent over before i left the place.

Overall great experience, for 6 bucks T shirts are pretty good. Would definitely buy again if I get the chance. Nice designs. There is room for improvement regarding quick response, quick production but my personal experience was so good.

Great shirts and good prices. 6 Dollar Shirts also has good customer service. They will likely respond to this review with some cheerful explanation. But here's the question - is withholding information deceptive?

First - most of the shirts are not $6. You'll need to be very selective to end up with shirts that cost $6. But they will still be inexpensive.

Second - the website will tell you that standard shipping will get your shirts to you in 2 to 7 business days. Note that they do not work weekends. Realize that if your shirts are completed on a Friday, you still may not get them for 12 more days, because 2 weekends and seven business days makes 11 and doesn't count the last day of production.

Third - production is the real rub. The website says that production will take 2 days to several weeks. Count on several weeks, because, well... Business days and all that. The three shirts that I ordered were still not completed after 8 days. I thought that 2 weeks would be enough lead time for the shirts to be a delivered in time to be a gift. Nope.

Last painful point - priority mail. If you are willing to pay for premium postage, the website says: "Orders shipping with 2nd day Air are sent out the same day if the order is received by 1 pm EST, and 2nd Day applies to weekdays only." That changes everything. Several weeks for production? Not if you pay up for shipping. Another reviewer suggested that inflating shipping charges is illegal. I don't know if 6 Dollar Shirts inflates their shipping, but there sure is an incentive to throw some extra dollars at them for shipping. Figure in the cost per shirt when you ship 2nd day air, and its not $6 anymore.

If I had a month to wait for my order, I may consider 6DollarShirts again. But considering that I could get similar if not identical shirts from another vendor sooner and for a lower overall cost, I dunno...

Thanks for the feedback! In recent years, our selection has expanded to include some premium shirts like the full-color graphic tees. We stay true to our roots by having over 680 shirts on our site priced at $6 and try to release a new $6 item every day!

While our team did take measures to prepare for the holiday season, our production team was incredibly busy. We do try to ship orders out as soon as possible but it can take longer in peak seasons since each item is made to order. Expedited orders do ship faster but we still like to get every order out as soon as possible!

We ask that if your order took longer than expected to contact our customer care team so they can help make things right! Our team did receive an immense amount of contact over the holiday break so please be patient as they work on getting back to everyone. Thank you!

Never received order.

This site is great in theory, however, I ordered 14 shirts for Christmas for my family, and I ordered them early! They sat on the order longer than promised on their site and I STILL have not received my products! I am so upset because I could not afford much this Christmas. This was the majority of my presents for my family. I put my faith in them and spent most of my Christmas money only to have my order pushed back and I did not receive them before Christmas. I am done with this site and if you are willing to wait an undisclosed amount of time to recieve your packages, this is the site for you!

Businesses who overcharge for shipping can be hit with a class action lawsuit. It's the type of overlook that put, somewhat, large/medium scale operations out of business. It's unfortunate, I think 6dollarshirts.com is great in concept, good product for the price, but lacks in customer service and execution. If you figure a person orders a shirt, pays $3 for shipping, pays an extra $2 for expedited shipping that is guaranteed by a specific date. If you figure they sell 50,000 shirts a year, and divide that by a 1/3... that's 12,500 shirts that are promised to be sent priority mail. They then send them all through regular mail service with the hope it gets to you in an acceptable time frame and then pocket the money. That's about $25,000 a year, that's criminal. I actually think I'm being generous with these numbers. Someone should look into it and take these guys down. Small businesses should never ignore a customer waiting for a Christmas package... it's just asking for trouble. Good job 6dollarshirts.com, I hope you survive this next year.

Beware. They sat on my order for 5 days. This was a x-mas gift for my daughter. Package won't arrive until the 26th. The only way to reach them is a 800 number which goes to a voicemail. No return call. SKETCHY SHADY! STAY AWAY!

We placed an order on December 7th. It's been 3 weeks and we still haven't received our order. The shirts are supposed to be part of a Christmas gift exchange. Guess we'll have to do something else and hope they issue us a refund. We don't want store credit.

In reply to "6DollarShirts Representative" below... I called multiple times today and each time it sent me to your voice mail. I left a message. I also emailed customer service today.

My wife placed the order on Dec 7th.
Received an email on Dec 15th that it had shipped.
The tracking said it didn't leave Gainesville, FL until Dec 18th.
It is now in Indianapolis, IN with an expected delivery date of Dec 27th.

This won't work for us. Our whole plan was to exchange gifts with family. They live in another state and won't be around on the 27th. We thought ordering from 6 dollar shirts would be easy. Now we have to scramble at the last minute, deal with the crowds at the store, and probably spend more money. I wish we would have never ordered anything from you.

If there was an option for 0 stars, i would have selected it. I ordered shirts for my son for Christmas 2 weeks in advance and even paid extra for expedited shipping. My card was charged immediately but after 3 days with no order confirmation i was concerned. I reached out via email to customer service who answered back there was no order associated with my email. That was 3 days ago. After calling their customer help line twice(which puts you directly through to leave a voicemail promising someone will return your call), sending a message via facebook and emailing several times, I still have heard nothing. I ended up ordering (and having them delivered) from Amazon in the midst of all of this. Don't waste your time or money with this site. Super $#*!ty customer service and obviously unorganized.

I ordered 5+ shirts. Two were the random $3 ones and the rest were for holiday presents, myself and my wife. One of the shirts was incorrect and the two mystery shirts were dumb and cheap af but when I contacted them about the incorrect shirt I sent the wrong one in which I guess I didn't have to do. Since I paid for shipping they reimbursed me for the shirt, my $$ I spent on shopping and money for shipping for ANOTHER ORDER! I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I was replied to in emails unbelievably fast. The only piece of constructive criticism I would give is when you guys are doing the random shirts-look up the persons search history. Luckily I work in a hot dirty area so I use it as a work shirt otherwise I would have donated it immediately. Same with my wife. They were dumb af.

What a great company! While many on-line companies are impossible to reach (no phones - no response), this company actually has an email service, and answered my questions almost immediately! I was happily shocked. The shirts were great, and arrived quickly.

When I didn't receive an email with my gift certificate information included, I quickly emailed the company and they responded immediately. They investigated the issue and sent me another email with the gift certificate information included. Since this was for a Christmas gift, I was very grateful that the response was so quick. Who doesnt love a bargain tee shirt? Aside from the deals, customer service associates have never had an issue helping me with a purchase. Even when the post office lost my package, 6DollaShirts and the customer service team went out of their way to help. They have a customer for life!

I cannot get in touch with a live person at this company - my order number is ******* - its back at your location - I have provided the correct address as it was shipped incorrectly and it seems they did not reship - I would like my money back or them shipped asap. Very unhappy customer.

It's kinda too good to be true, I know, But I'm a t-shirt guy, and have had a lot of bad experiences with several sellers on amazon and ebay, that claim to have quality shirts and prints. Often, they are very small, poorly printed, and take a very long time to get here from overseas. That being said, 6dollarshirts are fantastic! I now know after ordering a ten shirt bundle from them, that they won't disappoint! Thanks guys!
