I was sent the wrong item. I was sent extra extra large, black, velour leggings, and a small pair of rose colored leggings?! I ordered an extra extra large black shirt to go along with the leggings. Trying to get these things returned over Christmas was an absolute nightmare. There is no return label yada yada You have to go through the site wait 24 to 48 hours by then I was busy did something else forgot about it got back to it and now they won't take it back. I highly suggest you don't buy anything from this company. There must be a reason that everything's on sale. I get it now you don't get what you order, and then you can't return the garbage that you get. A waste of money, time, energy, etc. Buy from a more reputable and expensive company. There's a reason this one is going out of business. Thumbs down all the way.
I've never been so disgusted with a company's treatment of its customers. 32 Degrees has completely lost all sense of quality, accountability, and customer service.
I initially tried to use a promo code they sent out, which their own employee admitted was sent in error to subscribers. The code worked but was deactivated when I went to place my order. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and rectifying it, they gave me a runaround for weeks. I was promised callbacks that never happened, handed over to multiple supervisors who contradicted each other, and ultimately told by their "Customer Experience Manager" that there was nothing they could do. Their final "solution"? A joke of a discount code that forces me to spend more than I originally intended just to get a $10 discount—insulting at best.
On top of this, their product quality has gone downhill. A coat I purchased from them recently on Amazon was larger than the same size I bought in a previous model, showing clear signs of slipping quality control. Combine this with their horrendous customer service, and it's clear 32 Degrees is a company in decline.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid 32 Degrees at all costs. They don't care about their customers, their product quality, or even fixing their own mistakes. I'm done with this brand, and I'll make sure others know to steer clear.
After years of being a loyal customer, I filled a cart up with items. I had a 50%coupon that was verified in my cart and my total was $42. As soon as I pushed "buy," the coupon disappeared and I was charged $84. I read their on site cancellation policy and cancelled the order, as directed, in an email with my full name, email address, and order #. The site says you must do this within 30 minutes. I did it within two minutes and sent 5 emails to be sure it was seen. The order was filled anyway and after many emails to have my cancellation honored I was told the order and cancellation happened during off business hours. They said the coupon was only for employees. If that is the case, the coupon should not have shown to be valid when it was applied to my cart. They fulfilled the order, without the verified 50% coupon days after I made the order and immediately asked for cancellation. They don't honor their own published policy. That was my last order, after 10+ orders.
I ordered some clothes for a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. After a few days I contacted them about getting this before Christmas. I indicated i would pay for expedited handling or shipping. I had no response from them until the 16th and it was just your basic "don't bug us" corporate email bull$#*!. I responded asking for a date when i could expect my order to arrive or ship or ANYTHING. No response until I get this email tonight, the 19th, with tracking info and arrival for THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!
I won't order from them again.
I ordered some items for my church collection and after waiting over a week for it, I now have to go to the post office to pick it up. I will not order here again. I'd rather pay normal prices to have it delivered to the address provided. Not looking forward to standing in a post office line on my day off. Think twice before ordering… not the way I want to spend my day off!
Seams are ripped on both sides of the sweatpants and I just put them on and never even washed yet. Then I'm out $5 to ship the defective item back.
Avoid this seller, they have the worst customer support you can think of. The customer service is literally non-existent. I notice the wrong shipping address on my order and have been trying to reach out to their customer service to get it correct, but there is no one you can actually talk to. Their number is not working, I waited on their chat for hours and nobody response. I emailed, then got automatically reply that it would take 3 days to response. Also, their website does not allow any cancellation or modification of the order whatsoever. Bad bad bad experience (as observed by other customers as well). I can't recommend enough to stay away from buying anything online with them based on my experience.
I can't say enough good things about this company. I have bought numerous articles of clothing from this company including sports bras which I love. Everything I have purchased has been very high quality as well as being so soft & comfortable. Their customer service is great too.
Do NOT buy from this company. Can't get my $68 back from what I returned to them and no way to talk to a live person. They don't read emails and try to help. Keep giving you stupid responses to detailed emails!
Although the clothing is comfortable I am very disappointed that I was led to believe the products were made in the US. They are definitely made in China and distributed by a US company. I don't anticipate ordering again. I dislike being misled.
Made an order two weeks ago and didn't get my package. Customer service just issued a refund rather than trying to get my items. Julianna, the rep I was working with said this happens very often. Poor service. Even if some of the items were now unavailable, they could have sent the ones they still had in stock. I feel they don't value their customers, just are looking for a quick buck.
I ordered a jacket from 32 Degrees. They sent me the wrong items, refunded me, and then told me to try placing a second order because it's the company policy not to make replacements - even though I don't need a replacement, I need the item I ordered and never received. If it's too much of a hassle for 32 Degrees to just send me what I ordered or even fix their mistake in sending me the wrong items, then it's too much of a hassle for me to place a second order in the hopes that they get the order right this time.
I have purchased a lot of things. From shirts to pants to underwear and socks. I guess I'm on your good list. I get at least your socks are not getting inspected. I wore one pair today for the first time. The seams are already splitting. Not what I call a good buy. I just bought tshirts at Cosco. 9.99 for 3. I bought 6. Not anymore socks.

I ordered from this company a week ago. Promised 3 to 6 day delivery. But on UPS it shows they only created a label and did not ship. Customer service email must be automated because whatever I write they send the tracking link. No wonder people order everything from Amazon.
Awful customer service. I ordered like 8 items on Black Friday and they didn't include 1 of the jackets. I have now emailed them twice with no response. I am currently sitting in chat purgatory waiting to talk to someone. Just a total lack of any customer service. Buyer beware
Unfortunately, I have experienced nothing but stress and regret. Shipping through FedEx takes a long time for items to reach you - then god help you if you need a return. They will charge you a fee for a package that takes 10+ days to ship back; all while your refund is waiting until they receive the product and process it. Very frustrating! Will not use this company again. Their quality is not worth the headaches!
This is the worst company I've ever purchased from. I placed an order on their site for a medium Jacket and entered my address. It shifted me to the site named Shop. I Exeter my payment info and purchase. Well, the receipt it sent had the wrong address and a different size than I entered. I made multiple attempts to reach someone and get this corrected but guess what? They have no customer support and they don't answer emails. This company is a total rip-off and is nothing more than a sleazy con artist. Oh, just in case some troll is wondering there also is no phone number. It's your money and you're free to piss it away but purchasing here and watching your money disappear. I had to give one star to enter this review but the honestly deserved no star at lease from me.
I ordered over a month ago and send numerous emails out with just automated responses and still no answer. Still no order! Do not order from them. Find something on Amazon. They are great Many jackets like these out there.
My items have magically disappeared from both UPS and USPS (their shipping partners) and can't be delivered. 32 is avoiding all contact I've made for a refund. It has been 7 days over the time the items should have arrived.
