I purchased 2 shirts in size medium. Then arrived and are more like large. I went on website to do an exchange of size. Next thing you know I get an email confirming 2 in black. I ordered 2 different colors. After chatting with an agent I was told if I didn't choose a color the default color is black. No idea that when exchanging size I would have to choose color. Nobody will help. Terrible customer service. I will never shop with them again.
I purchased three pairs of the lounge wear pants and upon delivery I can say that I have purchased better and cheaper lounge wear somewhere else. Theg are really see through and will never survive my front load washer for sure and I would have to replace them really fast. I even bought better quality jersey lounge pants at Walmart that lasted 4-5 years. These from 38 Degrees are trash! Plus they will deduct $5.99 from my refund amount for return? Hmmm. I think not!
DO NOT BUY from this company unless you know what you are getting!

I received the item and asked for a free shipping code because I just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and it did not meet the required amount eligible for free shipping. (Odd an e-commerce business does not provide any exchanges...) I receive this horrible, foul language from a customer service agent. Like...?
I have placed several orders from 32 degrees online store and I am very happy with all my purchases. No mistakes with the billing or delivery. I received emails letting me know when my product would be shipped and delivered. Orders were always delivered on time and in great shape. Thank you 32 degrees for good quality clothing and good customer service.
I ordered via the website and I had a shipping address saved in my google profile from several years ago.
I received an email when I ordered, saw the bad address, and sent an email to Customer service in under 2 minutes.
I received an email the next morning saying the order was so far into fulfillment there's no way to change the address.
Their resolution was to offer me a refund once this delivery is delivered, then returned (relying on the person I have never met who now lives at this address to return the order)
So unbelievably frustrating, only to have JUST now (2 days later) received an email that my package has shipped. Hooray! In those 2 days, no one could have watched for this package...
Absolutely ridiculous
I stumbled on this brand a year ago and have ordered several times from their site. I've experienced nothing but great quality and customer service. I wear their shirts all the time for hiking and camping. They are perfect for layering, dry fast when wet, and keep me cool, dry and comfortable on the trail.
Placed order on 1/1/22 and actually shipped 1/6/22. If you ordered winter stuff don't count on receiving it before winter is over. It's now 1/9/22 and I still do not have my order. Don't waste your money. I will never order from here again. They suck!
I received the wrong order. They took two days to return my email. When I finally made email contact they treated me like I was in the wrong. They wanted descriptions and pictures of the clothes before they would send my order. My first email from them was an apology and a statement to not return wrong order but to give it away. I did give merchandise away to two different neighbors only to have to ask for them back to show them proof. I inquired about my order today only to find out 4 of the items are no longer in stock. They make a mistake and the only person that loses out is the customer.
I was worried when I saw all the negative reviews (after I purchased) but I got my order fast (ordered 1/10/22 shipped 1/13/23) with updates along the way. I am also very happy with all items I purchased. Maybe they have made some changes or I just got lucky?
I've ordered 2 jackets nearly 2 weeks ago and neither item has yet arrived. FedEx gives a delivery date and then states "don't know when" the next day, and then a fresh date. I'm not sure if it's a FedEx problem or the company doesn't manage its shipping (pays the lowest cost or maybe delays payments to FedEx) properly.
If and when I do get the jacket(s), I'm unsure that the product will be what I ordered and of the right quality.
I wouldn't recommend this company. Christine Helene, the founder is out to lunch.
Upon checking out, they ask the usual questions of standard or overnight delivery. I selected over night delivery as this purchase was urgent. Spent an extra $20. Was told to expect it in 4 days. Asked for a refund on the extra money spent. Was told that this was explained clearly on the site. After going back to search this clearly posted explanation, it was nowhere in sight. Hope the clothes are good quality. Bad start.
Do not listen to anything that these other folks are saying. I'm the pickiest person in the world when it comes to clothes and I am obsessed with these shirts and tank tops. The stretchy material is just so amazing, and I would be so depressed if they stopped creating these, or if they changed the material that they use to create them. Also, the thing people need to consider is that if you buy them in bulk you can get them for around 6 dollars a piece, and that is better than any other shirt that is worth wearing. I have 38 of these shirts and I love them. My favorite is the v neck which I've never worn, but I love them.
I received my order. My husband needs a different size so I went online to exchange and my order number is "not found". Emailed 3 times, tried to call. Nothing. Never ordering from them again.
I have ordered from 32 degrees for a few years now and I love what they offer. The sizing is great. Make sure to check out the sizing because it does matter. I have had their packable down jackets and love them
I have placed multiple orders with 32 degrees and have been very pleased with all products received. I'm throwing away any other t shirts and briefs and will only wear 32 degrees now. Their polis are well made and fit right.
I ordered 2 pairs of the exact same shorts. I received 2 - 1 a 38 and 1 a 32. I can get no support on an exchange and the actually want me to pay to return their issue. I will never order from this site again.
I ordered some men's clothing and it never arrived. Byblooking at shipment data it became apparent that I had listed the wrong address. As I had just moved and both addresses started w 14. So I posted the old street number. As soon as I discovered this I emailed 32 Degrees as instructed. After several dsys without contact by them, I searched for the phone number and called multiple times and emailed multiple times without any response. NO CONTACT AT ALL! The products are decent, but customer service is seriously lacking. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 12 DAYS AND NO RESPONSE OR ANY COMMUNICATION
I would advise against ANY online purchases from this company.Never again!
I am still awaiting my order that I placed over 14 days ago. They should use another shipper instead of federal express. The quality of the men's shirts is of poor quality. The material snags quite easily
I placed an order Jan 7th. It is apparently out there somewhere in shipment limbo. Almost a month now and I get no response. I was worried when I first placed the order. I read the reviews too late. I am not the only one this has happened to. Buyer Beware.
