I thought I would try their products and when I got them the quality was poor and wanted to return them. I found out that they make it so it's almost impossible to return their products. There are much better options than 32 Degrees.
I must say I was so very satisfied with my clothing purchases from 32 degrees. I'm place a 2nd order mow in bulk for myself and my husband. I have no idea why anyone would post negative reviews about these products, unless it's a competitor trying to put them out of business because their prices are so amazing and they can't compete. So wrong! Go for it if your looking for a light weight, super soft and comfort feel of day wear, lounge wear, or sleep wear. Can't go wrong! They ate having such a amazing sale today in about to purchase $400 worth for the family and I. Cheers and hope you tray

I bought a bunch of merchandise and one item needed to be exchanged for a different size. We were a few days outside of the 45 day return policy, because it was a Hanukkah gift. This company wouldn't exchange (not a return, but an exchange) even if we paid for shipping back. So only buy if you are 100% sure you're going to keep it and the right size, since they have awful customer service.
I've ordered several items and at multiple times and been super pleased each time. The clothes have been exactly as advertised with prices that couldn't be beaten. The clothes have been much more satisfying than the equivalent clothes at big box stores and with MUCH better prices. The items arrived quickly. 5 stars for sure.
I made them aware that the promo code their own website gives are fake and they emailed me back telling me, too bad. Nothing they can do. Telling me, call us next time i order rather than use their website and maybe that will help. Person was no use, his name was Mich
Will not allow returns on defective items because they were final sale items. They arrived damaged but customer service will not allow to return. I will never buy here again period! Better Business B here I come.
Ordered a sweatshirt. It took forever to get a tracking number. The day before it was supposed to arrive I got a notification that I was issued a refund for the sweatshirt as it was out of stock. But they also took 5 dollars as a fee for returned items. Soo a sweatshirt I wanted, ordered and thought was coming, that they ran out of but still sold, cost me 5 dollars! Never again!
I rarely leave reviews, but I have to this time. I ordered some T-Shirt for my son. It said that it would arrive 4-9 days. However, it took 20 days to arrive. I wrote to the customer. The answer was "Due to Covid..." This is a bad answer because Covid has not been here last month. Then my son found that one of the pieces I ordered was not comfortable, so I wrote to them asking how I could return it. I received a label for return, but when I checked my account I realized that they charged me $5 for handling an $9.99 return. This is insane. I will never order anything from this company.
I received a 32 Degrees pullover as a gift. The first time I wore the shirt the collar, cuffs ad ribbing at the bottom all frayed a lot. I wore the shirt to a casual social gathering for about 4 hours. 32 degrees would not send a refund or a replacement because I wore the shirt and did not have the original receipt. The fraying happened because I wore the shirt. I don't have a receipt because it was a gift. VERY VERY poor quality and the customer service isn't much better.
Packable jacket came with no pouch?! Is it real?!
Terrible customer service, cost savings removing the pouch from the product, with no info on the product description and no solution from your "customer support" service!
I placed an order through the website. I get it that it's the holidays and things can get pretty hectic. But this site does not provide feedback whatsoever on the status of my order. Further, I emailed them and a week passed and still there was no reply. This is too unfortunate. I saw them on the list of Oprah's favorite things for 2020 and what a referral it was! I hope Oraph's team reads this. Two thumbs down for 32degrees.com. And I haven't even seen the order yet! Finally, what bothers me is that they have not yet replied to my personal email and yet they have already sent me several marketing emails that sell their products. What a disappointment! Beware of this company.
I ordered several gifts from 32 degrees were delivered to the recipients in a timely manner. I placed an order for myself and it's been in Independence KY for the last ten days. FedEx says contact the shipper, shipper says this happens with FedEx. FedEx rep actually gave the phone number for St Judes Childerns Fund when I insisted on a phone number for 32 degrees. I'd have to lay most of the blame at FedEx's door. They really don't care
Called 1 minute after purchasing online to fix shipping and was told they cant do that to call fedex when it was about to ship. I called fedex and fedex couldnt cancel it i had to call the sender. Sender said i had to wait then for it to deliver to wrong address and i couldnt get a refund unless items were returned but how could i being that the issue i was trying to fix since the minute i placed the order was to fix the shipping. They could not help me i lost my money and they could care less. Tried calling again to see if there was anything i could do since no one could help me change address or cancel the order. Sadly was a waste of time and purchase staff and policies arent there tk help you in any way.
For the price I paid, I really hate to leave a bad review (I used a coupon code and bought clearance items, so I got 8 shirts and a hat for 36 dollars with tax and free shipping). That said, the 2XL size is tiny. Not only do they fit about like a Large, but they are shorter than most of my medium shirts; how many people that wear a 2X are going to want shirts that stop above your belly button. I had a bad feeling when I saw the package; all 8 shirts and the hat fit in an envelope style package about 14"x12" and 3" thick. The material is meant to be wicking and therefore thin, but really, these shirts are so thin that they are nearly weightless. For the price, I'm not going to ask for a refund and will gift them to someone, but these sizes are ridiculous. The shipping was pretty quick and free, so there is that.
Purchase made with logos of hassle free returns. Clothes I did not like size of. Making me pay for return shipping after many emails. More headache than it's worth
I got 8 pairs of men's athletic underwear for $32 and they are awesome. To be determined how they hold up, but this quality is on par with a $25 pair of Nike undergarments. Back to running!
Several years ago I purchased 32 Degree Heat women's long underwear from Costco. It is a great product, warm, and washes will. Last year I purchased 32 Degree Cool summer t shirts and hoodies. Both cool products, after one wearing had the nubbies(multiple amounts of material defects) and Cool products were thrown away after one washing. I would give Heat products a 5 star and Cool products a 1 star.
I got 32 degrees thermal underwear and it has holes along the seam after 2 wear and 1 wash.

Contacted the company. As they were purchased at costco, the warranty is void. Terrible pilling, can't wear them. Waste of money. Will never by this brand again.
Purchased products at Costco. This past season quality has been a big issue. Shirts & pants have started coming unsewed after only 2-3 washings & air drying. They are great at keeping you warm but when they start unraveling, it's a waste of $$ to buy them.
We've sent a comment re this on the 32degress.com website & plan on contacting Costco. We'll see what kind of response 32Degrees gives.
MARCH 1: We just received an email back from the company. All they said was there's no warranty for the product & they dont tske returns. We didn't ask to return it to them (we'll be using Costco's great return policy) & they said nothing about checking into their quality control problems. So were are changing our rating to as low as possible & would give it a negative based on the reply we received (from employee Geri).
Answer: Sending out the wrong sizes, and no customer service support.
