I have just ordered 2 boxes lemonade and 2 boxes shakes. The starter packs I received were good. However when trying the ginger cayenne lemonade I found was too spicy. The milkshakes were good. Prices are a little expensive but if I can lose enough weight, hopefully it will be worth it.

I did auto plan and tried to cancel but was hours late (on vacation). Ok, my bad. Then cancelled and returned following shipment on Feb.21,2023. Got refund May 27,2023. Really? I've tried SO MANY different diet drinks and foods over the years. But this stuff, I Can NOT even drink a half glass. I tried 3 flavors. No way. It's like flavored CHALK. OMG. Good luck getting your money back too! Unsealed items going on Ebay!

I had purchased the starter pack and I am far from impressed. The powder that did mix was gritty and honestly did not taste very good. It also had a strange aftertaste. I tried the chocolate and mixed it with chocolate milk as I had with others in the past. It didn't mix well and thickened up to the point where I needed to add water to even drink it. I'm glad it was a starter pack because I will not be purchasing a larger bag.

I will no longer waste my money on these products. I've purchased 3 different bags (chocolate and toasted coconut) that have been over populated with these white chunks that don't break down and are down right disgusting. The last and final bag I will ever purchase I put it in a flour sifter to try and get them out so I could still drink it, but that didn't work as the small chunks fell through. I've asked on the Facebook page if anyone can recommend how to mix it to break them down, but they BLOCK anything somewhat negative about their products to make them look as if they are flawless. Don't waste your money on these product. Totally not worth it!

Very difficult to cancel and/or change settings on subscription. It charged a card I used back in 2017 and I didn't want to use that card and I still haven't found a way to update my subscription to the right card and/ or cancel it. The "virtual assistant" is useless.

Hi everyone, I'm Maria Valbuena and I've been a customer of 310 for awhile now and have even recommended friends to help them sell their products. I ordered a new vanilla cake organic flavor shake mixture they were promoting and said was good so thinking it would taste good I ordered some, well I got my box yesterday morning and to be honest, it tastes like cake batter- not good at all. I spent 67.00 on a box of 24 so I called them to explain my situation how it wasn't good and I only had used one, and I needed to exchange it for the vanilla flavor, always a Winner and after speaking to two employees still, now they are making me wait till I return it - oh ya I gotta pay shipping to return it also and they receive it before they send me back the replacement not caring about Me and My diet and all the hard work I've put in to changing my life and bodies appearance… pretty sad. So if you are serious about your diet - better not make a mistake with these people- cause they don't care about You or any of your Goals or diet as long as they get your money in their account. Bad business practices for people with desire's to look great. Just saying. 0 Star's From Me!

Way too expensive and lacks essential vitamins minerals and calories to be an actual meal replacement. Also none of the flavors taste good. They taste like the slim fast ones. Just chalky. I will not be buying more.

I bought the starter pack and it tasted sooo bad I try it with different fruits and it wasnt good at all... I posted a comment on Facebook about how bad it was and I got blocked from their page i guess they dont care about others bad experience with their product sometimes I feel many of those positive views are just actors or being pay for!

Ordered, paid. Product did not show up on as promised. Called 800 number. Of course get a foreigner. Deth gave numerous excuses, she LIED and said the tracking number changed. I asked for BOTH numbers. Well the new number was EXACTLY the first number. She lied. She said no supervisor was available to talk to me because it was the weekend. She also said although I was provided a specific date they actually have more days to deliver.
I hung up and immediately called back. I got a different worker who confirmed my tracking number NEVER changed,, AND he passed me to a supervisor. Outsourcing is always a nightmare. I find the lack of truth adversely affects the business. I will await my products. I will find another company who cares about who it customers are stuck with when an issue arises!

I didn't like the shakes they were bitter and chalky. The lemonades were also bitter these products are very very expensive. I was very disappointed but glad I got the try all bundle. The teas I haven't tried yet. I just expected more for the price tag.

I ordered 2 of the starter kits for $9.00. When I placed the order, the website timed out, however I received a text alert that my debit card was authorized for $24.99. Without any further information, I called the help number to see if my order was placed. It wasn't and I was offered to place my order over the phone so I did and received another authorization on my card for $26.99 this time, tax included. I was told that the first charge would fall off since they're pending charges. I look at my bank account today (2 days later) and BOTH charges have posted. I contact support via chat which was no help. Their solution was to dispute the charge with my bank and then they offered this..."Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund because we are only showing one charge in our system. You have the option to cancel the order or return the product when you receive it. We can place another order and apply a discount for your troubles but we will not be able to issue a refund in this case." I told them no, I will not have my card charged a third time without receiving any products. My bank told me I have to shut down my card in order to dispute the charges since it's a debit card. So now here I am, out $52, bank card shut down and no products. If I ever receive my products, I will NOT be ordering from them again.

The salted caramel flavor is disgusting. I'm glad I only wasted $60 on this kit and not more. Would not recommend.

The shake was not bad but I felt over priced for what you were getting. I tried the shake and decided that I did not want to continue my subscription. It is like an act of congress to cancel the subscription. There is no easy way to cancel the subscription, most websites allows users to cancel subscription, but not this one, You have to email the support team and after several emails later with added questions from 310 Nutrition I still don't know if my subscription was cancelled. I feel like they are trying to prevent me from canceling my subscription. It wont even allow me to delete my debit card, however I am thankful the debit card I used expired a few weeks ago so nothing can be charged to it now. I am so disappointed in this companies ethics or lack of. If my debit card had not expired I really don't know what I would have done to get out of this mess.

Thank God I only purchased the starter kit. I paid an extra $13 for 2 day shipping and I didn't get it until 5 days later... Only to find out they don't ship on the weekends which is very strange. They refunded me only half of the shipping cost when I asked repeatedly for them to just cancel and refund me, and they wouldn't do that. Very annoyed with the customer service, they didn't solve my problem, it was as if she just didn't want to hear my complaint. She sounded like a broken record so I just decided to agree with everything she was saying just so I could get off the phone. When I finally got the product 5 days later, I was so excited to try it out and it tasted so horrible I literally spit it out in my kitchen sink... I'll just stick with Herbalife

Our goal is to provide supreme service in all instances, however, there are times when the process is no longer in the hands of our service department. Once an order is placed it is typically processed within minutes, which results in the inability to cancel or modify said order. The option would then be for you to return the unwanted product to proceed with your refund request. Furthermore, after products depart from our warehouse, we can no longer moderate the delivery process- you would simply need to reach out to the carrier to confirm the status of your shipment while referencing the tracking information we provide via email. You were issued a partial refund as a courtesy due to the delayed delivery; this is the maximum resolution while an order is in transit.

I took one sip and threw away my drink. The packaging is terrible. I can't even zip up the bag after opening it. Wish I could return everything for a refund.

Delivery was one week late and not what I ordered. I ordered 310 shake and received 310 whey. When I called in to complain they said the whey Includes soy and dairy! I am allergic now to Soy and Dairy so I ended up giving the shipment away and feeling very disappointed and cheated! I went to Sams Club and purchased some meall replacement products at a much cheaper price!

After 10bdays my order is still not here no please seeing how this is my second order with an issue of delivery. I an very under if I should even order anything again. Saddens me because I enjoy the products so much but with only ordering 2 times and both times I have had to call customer service makes me uneasy about placing another order.

Delays in shipping and non-response response from the company. Now every time I go on Pinterest or any site just looking around, I get pop ups from 310 constantly!,,,,, stay away.

LATE BUT FINALLY HERE. THE OTHER NEVER SHIPPED OUT UNTIL I REACHED OUT TO THEM. BASICALLY RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ALMOST TWO WEEKS LATER. NOT HAPPY

I have purchased 310 Nutrition several times however, my last order was an absolute nightmare. Long of the short, I never received my order in spite of having tracking information show the order was delivered. I spent well over an hour arguing back and forth with the customer service representative. In the end yes, my order was re-sent and delivered to my home but the amount of time I wasted makes me second guess if it was even worth it.
Last note - the representative who organized the shipment with me had the nerve to indicate that even though I reached out to 310 Nutrition to confirm they had the right address it was "my responsibility to contact USPS to ensure they have the same delivery address as well"
Yeah... because that's how shipments with a SHIPPING LABEL work.

Well done 310 Nutrition.

Horrible. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
Once arrived, they sent the wrong shake.
Took almost 2 weeks again for the replacement
Customer service rep Chamirra emailed me talking to me like I'm a child.

Extremely displeased, and then they sent me 2 scoops of the item I originally ordered as a gift. LAUGHABLE.

I tried both the salted caramel and strawberry shake and they were both disgusting. I mixed the strawberry shake with cold water, literally spit out the first sip. I mixed the salted caramel with soy milk, was able to take a few sips but still tasted really gross and I ended up dumping it out. I still have the chocolate flavor to try.
Also the skinny tea is gross and tastes like a giant clove spice.
The green superfood juice cleanse powder wasn't awful had a kind of citrus taste to it. I was able to drink it but the powder didn't fully dissolve in the cold water and the mouthful of powder I got for the last sip was nasty.

Do not buy anything from this company! They will RIP YOU OFF! I ordered with them the beginning of July. My order still hasn't come, even though they took the money out of my account immediately.
When I tried to call them no one answered. Ever. I sat on the phone for 13 minutes and only a recoding came in telling me about their Shake recipes. Nothing about being 10 minutes in the call que or having a high volume of calls. Just garbage.
I emailed them on Twitter, no response. When I emailed them via their "customer service" address I FINALLY got an email back, 2 days later in which they asked me for my email address to look up my account. Ummm ok. He didn't need an order number, but my email address, that he just emailed me to. Trenton with their "customer service" said he'd get back to me. That was Wednesday. Crickets folks. I have yet to hear from him or anyone else. #310nutritionisaripoff
