Ordered, paid. Product did not show up on as promised. Called 800 number. Of course get a foreigner. Deth gave numerous excuses, she LIED and said the tracking number changed. I asked for BOTH numbers. Well the new number was EXACTLY the first number. She lied. She said no supervisor was available to talk to me because it was the weekend. She also said although I was provided a specific date they actually have more days to deliver.
I hung up and immediately called back. I got a different worker who confirmed my tracking number NEVER changed,, AND he passed me to a supervisor. Outsourcing is always a nightmare. I find the lack of truth adversely affects the business. I will await my products. I will find another company who cares about who it customers are stuck with when an issue arises!
