SCAM

I ordered 100 face masks, they arrived with printing issues and, oh, they're $#*!ing HUGE. Absolutely useless. Customer service keeps brushing me off, saying that this is their only and standard size. They're a scam.

Horrible customer service. They are not based in the United States and just follow customer service scripts. They take your order and tell you "7 days production" but then once the 7 days have passed, it turns to 7-14 days or even 7-21 days production time. They can not give you an accurate estimated delivery date once your order is taken and "production begins" even though their ordering process provides one during the initial checkout process. They do not follow clear instructions on artwork either. I will NEVER purchase from this company again and advise you avoid them at all cost.

Don't order anything from them. I ordered some mask and chose the "standard 7 day processing". It's now been over 1 1/2 months and still nothing. Their excuses is that the 7 day processing is not guarantee. That's a bunch of lies so not 7 days has turned to over 45 days. I tried to cancel but they want to charge me an $100 cancel fee. They said that it is in process. This is 100 mask, not 1000, or *******. They have not started any production on my mask and they told me that my mask are already in production. So if you want to have the biggest headache possible, then give them your hard earned money and deal with these people. Don't fall for their marketing tactics.

However, your order will not be considered late, if production has exceeded 7 business days. If, for any reason, the order was placed during one of our Chinese Holiday Production breaks, Standard Production can be delayed up to an additional 7 business days. Ground Shipping will take anywhere between 3 to 7 business days when shipped inside the continental U.S. We do offer rush production and rush shipping time-frames if you require the items by a specific date. Liars

Their "reusable" masks are not washable despite the claim on their website stating otherwise. Our logo washed off in the first wash, wasting hundreds of marketing dollars as they were already shipped out to customers by that point and could not be returned. I attempted to resolve the matter with the company but they refused to stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Horrible product
August 16, 2019

Bought 1000 temp tattoos with my logo. They look nice for about 2 minutes, then they crack and fade. I can't give these to my customers. Total scam. 24 hours is a joke too. It took over a week to produce and ship. I even paid extra to have them "made in America".

Very dishonest company, I would give ZERO stars if possible. I ordered Orange Glow wristbands, and I received yellow wristbands that glow green. First, they said they would re-print the order. Then they changed their mind and now refuse to reprint or give a refund. They just say "our terms of service say we cannot offer exact color match"... I'm sorry, but if you look at a color wheel, green is literally almost opposite of orange. Worst customer service I have ever received. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and will never order from them again. Pictures are attached of what I ordered, what I actually received, and my correspondence with them. Sad.

Hello,

The glow bands glow green in the dark due to the Phosphorescent materials used in the bands and they usually glow green. The colors provided and for the bands in general. We mention this in the agreed upon terms as well: GLOW WRISTBANDS With the glowing effect added into the silicone mixture, our silicone glow wristbands will appear lighter in color in comparison to regular solid wristbands of the same color. They will glow brightly in green when the light goes out. The glowing effect requires intensive sunlight absorption to activate and recharge for multiple uses. The longer the wristbands are exposed to direct sunlight, the brighter they will glow. We hope we were able to clarify.

Tim answered my customer service questions at around 2 a.m. I was really tired and I needed to order wristbands. I was a little confused about the special offers and the available discounts. I was very grateful for his assistance - he was knowledgeable, kind, and patient even though I asked a million questions, and sometimes the same question! But not only that, I could not decide on the colors or the designs and even helped me with that. He made it a fun experience. I don't know if another customer service rep would have been so helpful! So, I think he deserves a raise!

Don't do it!

Ordered personalized napkins and the lettering is so small also need a magnifying glass to read. Wish they would have told me the lettering would be very small. The proof looked ok but of course that was because it was a close-up. Wasted $100 dollars because they cannot be used. No joke! The picture says it all! Offered me $5 off my next purchase! Trust me there will be no next purchase. Would not allow me to speak to a manager! Run! Don't do business with them!

GREAT

Not understanding all the bad reviews! I searched the internet for affordable wristbands for hours and they had the lowest price. Arrived over a week earlier than planned and everything was perfect. 700 wristbands for $154 was a steal! Good quality for price and shipment time. Customer service responded quickly to my "online tickets" and the online agent in the bottom left corner was quick and helpful. Will buy again if I need wristbands!

Wristband snapped and broke after just 6 days!
Horribly low quality wristbands!
When I contacted 24hourwristbands customer service, they told me I waited too long to report the issue and there was nothing they could do!
I guess thier "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is 100% BS!
Save your money and buy from someone else!

I gave Neal a challenge because I wanted several things at different times, different colors, different logos. I could not ask for better. He never got frustrated with my changes and deliveries were on point. The subsequent contacts were a little frustrating with others trying to reach Neal, but I think it was due to an internal phone issue. Neal however gave me a way to stay in touch with him via e. Mail, send images, and seek advise. I would definitely give him high marks. Only complaint is that some of the promotions sent to me from office are misleading regarding discounts available. Neal addressed this issue well and gave top notch service and pricing

Damaged goods received
November 3, 2017

Package arrived on time, expedited in fact but one I believe my order was one mug short and 2 were damaged as the interior packaging was not well protected. Excellent customer service up until this point, if no one contacts me or replaces damaged /missing goods or provides partial refund.
