I couldn't get my bracelets customized like I wanted them to. When I clicked on "Add to Cart" it said that I had to put the color code in for my customized segmented bracelets. I did, but it STILL did not let me put them in my cart. I called customer service and they were closed however, on the website it stated that they would be open today (Saturday) from 10am - 8pm. Maybe that need to be updated on the website because that a bit misleading. I received my bracelets almost 2 months after I ordered them. I called customer service, and the wait time was unbelievable. However, I did speak with someone in sales who really helped me out a lot! It seemed like after I spoke with him, I got my order rather quick. The communication with this company needs to be improved. I'm happy with my product but I wished it didn't take so long to receive it.

Charging ridiculous shipping rates for each individual button created is ridiculous. I also couldn't figure out (if it's even possible) how to review the individual button orders once I had added them to the cart. I wanted to ensure that I had included each design I needed but could not. Hopefully the order is correct.

Price was great but "24hourwristbands" is far from accurate. I waited nearly two weeks for my order and when I called to inquire about my order, customer service was rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately I will not order from this company again.

Very easy and staff available to answer questions. Awesome! After placing order read some unsatisfactory reviews and I became uneasy about my order. But I was very pleased with the step by step message order process. I knew when my order was received to the day it was loading! Fantastic! The color matched exactly, but wished I had gone with ink inject instead of debossed So print would POP out more. In all very happy with my order and timely manner of shipment!

Nice selection of styles and colors, however the order process and delivery time needs to be improved. Communication needs to be improved. I received 37! Email messages about my orders from 24wristbands, most of which were DO NOT REPLY. I had two phone conversations. The second person that called had no information from the previous call.
I was charged the set up fee twice for the same shirts.
