Pissed!

So misleading. Their site said refund within 7 days, and that's a lie. I was under the impression that I was getting Nfl+ but noooo that's not what the heck it is. Companies like this suck. I should have known it was too good to be true. Then not to honor terms listed on their site is not how you do business. They will reap what they sow, ripping off people with misleading info will definitely come back full circle to them.

The stream will freeze mid game and good luck getting it back. Infuriating. Absolutely a rip off, do not buy. And their new steaming box is worse than steaming from the computer. Just an absolute junk site.

Terrible

I can't watch the live feed and they told me it was my internet speed which it isn't. I asked for my money back and they said no. I'm not adding proof or purchase because I don't know how to do that with an email.

Thought I was signing up for NFL Plus or Sunday Ticket and when none would work finally checked my email and found I had subscribed to 247tvstream which is totally off from what I was signing up on. There is no way to cancel and since I gave my CC to sign up, my CC won't refund. I will report this as a Scam and fraud, but I am probably out the $49.95. Now to figure out how to make sure this doesn't automatically renew.

If you like doing business with low life slime balls. Then this is the company for you. They refuse to honor my refund request which was within less than an hour after purchase. After multiple chats andemail attemps to their billing dept. they still refuse to refund my money. They use the bull$#*! excuse that they only refund if they misrepresented their product. I explained to them that I ordered by mistake as I thought i was getting an app driven service that I could watch on Roku. What sleeze bags!

Horrible!
A word to the wise is sufficient!
247tvstream took my $42 7-day trial fee in August 2021 and despite countless efforts requesting its return ------ 247TVstream has not returned my $42. I requested my money back before the end of the 7-day trial period------and many times afterwards. 247 Chat guy guaranteed I would get my money back weeks ago -----Still no refund. Billing is a nightmare to deal with.
Chat refused to give me the phone number and address of 247TVstream's customer support.
I cannot find 247's phone number or address on their website-----neither by checking the WhoIs website.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE
August 15, 2024

At $49.95 for the whole season of NFL games I thought it sounded too good to be true, but I was excited to save a huge amount over youtubetv & NFL packages. As soon as I tried to get it to work on my phone, computers or TVs it became evident it might be a scam. Still, I spent over 3 hours chatting with multiple online support (It would say it timed out for no activity after a minute!), troubleshooting, downloading various apps to my TV, entering passwords with the remote, etc. None of which worked. I was told I would need to buy a box for each of my TVs. At that point I asked to cancel my service and receive a full refund. The chat support told me to email billing which I did, then the billing dept told me to contact chat. I screen shot all of my conversations to document and they kept saying things like my service was working now, or asking what seemed to be the issue & I was asked several times what type of TV. When I responded the type of TV was irrelevant and I just wanted to cancel and get a refund they said how did I not know what brand of TV I had! Finally chat support said I would be refunded in 7 days. I said that was unacceptable as the refund period expired in 7 days. I kept repeating I wanted to cancel and get a full refund and sharing all of my screen shot conversations. Finally I filed a dispute through my credit card and told them and after a lot of emails and text messages they FINALLY credited my CC. It took a lot of time and persistence to get it resolved. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want to throw your money away and spend lots of time energy and frustration in trying to cancel when it doesn't work. I'm shocked that any of these reviews say people loved this service. They are clearly in another country where English is not their first language and it is a complete scam when you try to cancel and they keep trying to put you off. Glad to be done with it! Hopefully this will save others!

We signed up to watch Supercross, we did not see one race out of 9 that we did not experience some sort of issue. The problems have been from long tern buffering to non covering of event when CNBC does not cover it live. Race #9 (Daytona) we got 6 seconds of coverage for every 1.5 minutes of actions due to buffering. We then were told that we needed to download google Chrome... after we missed the race. No one had said anything about that prior to signing up with them. Worst program ever!

Absolute Scam
September 13, 2021

I would give ZERO stars if I could. In order to use this service, you have to download a separate portal (not disclosed when signing up.) Customer service only continues to send you your login information and listing the devices that support their portal (url ending in. Ru, I should mention.) They repeatedly tell you that since you have internet access and that their network/apps are running properly, they will not honor requests to cancel your subscription.

This service is absolute garbage. DO NOT USE.

Refused refund
January 4, 2024

Tried to use the service to stream cowboy channel. Was unable to get it to work on phones or computer despite fallowing directions. Emailed customer service within 2 hours of purchase asking for refund. They ignored and just wanted to try to troubleshoot service. I had already purchased another service at this point (direct from cowboy channel). After emailing again 1 week later, they say it is outside of return window and decline to refund. Multiple attempts have failed. I clearly asked for refund within 7 day window. Don't use this service.

In order to connect to site, I have to connect 3 separate times. Then try to find what ur looking for as u mostly just get a channel name or a number (eg TNT2) but not what's playing. Granted there r many of them u have to find it else. Moving around the site causes many issues especially when trying to connect to ur TV. Get a guide and please when I tried to quit twice I wasn't able to. Watching sports on my iPhone pro max 12 is so small that I can't watch it and can't connect it my tv. What a waste of what could easily become a good service.

We purchased the subscription in order to watch football. We had a terrible time navigating the site and then no games were available for us to watch and wouldn't be available for weeks still. In order to watch the games we would have had make another purchase which defeated the purchase of getting this one. I requested the subscription be canceled on the same day we made the purchase. Instead of our account being canceled our banking account was charged. The request was made obviously within the 7 days that is required and instead I got kept getting emails about how to trouble shoot and someone asking me why I wanted to cancel when that had already been expressed several times. I have now disputed the charge. This site might be what some are looking for but all of the reviews saying what great customer service they must be bogus reviews. The service we received was horrible and our request wasn't processed.

AWFUL - DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

The first time I subscribed was good... the second time eh... this last time, NEVER AGAIN. I subscribed for football and I'm NEVER doing this again. I have YET to be able to watch anything through. First, there was a sound issue and I had to download an additional app (SmartPro). Still would stop intermittently with no explanation. I discovered this within 24 hours of subscribing and have emailed at least a dozen times for a refund and they refuse. I even tried to watch another game on a different network... and six minutes in, the service was interrupted and never came back. Asked AGAIN for a refund (at this point I was STILL within 7 days) and was told it had been a sitewide problem that was now fixed. I'm THROUGH with this fake company.

Everything is good with the service, until the football game starts. Then they can't handle the streaming and the chat log fills up so you cant even get support. Look elsewhere.

Good Services so far

I did subscribe last months and so far their services is good. Channels Quality is perfect and the best part of there channels is SD and HD Quality that impressed me. But there is no NZ channels on there list is their bad things. After chat with a representative they assure me they will add Australian channels from October. Lets see.

I have never been able to wacth anything completly. The channel will just go off and your get "Network error while downloading
(NETWORK_ERROR)
You can go to another channel and things work fine, but if this comes up, turn off the computor and walk away, as they have lost the signal for that program, and you're wasting your time waiting for it to come back on.
Its been a complete waste of money, and very disappointing, their offer lots and deliver very little.
