Ordered a Xmas shirt 3 weeks before Xmas. It was too big. I tried contacting them so I could wear it before Xmas but their website chat was unavailable each time I went on site, called number provided can't leave a mesg and disconnects, emailed several times. Finally got a response that at the fault of theirs they said it was too late to return or exchange but they offered to reduce the price a few bucks to purchase another one COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM 21 TREADS

This company is a JOKE. ORDERED a few shirts as I placed my order I notice I flipped 2 shirts withing seconds tried contacting via chat/ email and phone. For 3 days several times a day kept getting same automated response. Even though there website states contacts us there is NO US. TODAY, AFTER 8 FAILED ATTEMPTS I GET A MESSAGE MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED. STILL WRONG? NOT 1 BIT OF COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. NO EMAIL EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS WILL REAPOND WITHIN 2 HOURS. NOTHING.

So far so good. Ordering has been a breeze with plenty of special offers to choose from. However, the clothes finally arrived and the fabric was thin and the shipping slower than advertised.

I placed my order for 4 shirts on December 11th and our family Christmas party is tomorrow... I bought these as gifts they are Christmas shirts and I don't know if you all realize it or not but NOBODY WANTS A CHRISTMAS SHIRT AFTER CHRISTMAS! Terrible customer service won't answer phone the voice mail is full, won't answer emails and the chat system is disabled. I would think you could hire some people in customer service with the money you are stealing from everyone you scam. Totally disappointed

It said I would receive the 14th and have heard nothing. Now I try to view my order and it won't show what was ordered. Frustrated. These are birthday presents needed ASAP.

International order by date for the holidays: Dec 7th.
I ordered shirts for the whole family for Christmas photos, as well as two Christmas gifts and a shirt for work for me for Christmas season. Order date: Nov 28th. It's December 26th, our shirts have been sitting in IL since Dec 21st. Got an email stating they had been shipped on December 16th. Didn't show up as being with the delivery service on December 18th. Needless to say, pretty disappointed. What did they do with my order for weeks before shipping it? I'm in Canada, so I left a wide gap for shipping, so I thought. Spent $300+ on shirts that won't fit my kids probably for Christmas next year, late gifts and to sit in the closet for almost a year, unworn.
