1st Phorm

L ordered cinamon spice pumpkin and apple crisp. Do NOT order these. There is mostly no flavor. L realize these bars are healthy for their protein but the saturated fat is much to high and the heart attack could kill you! L ate one bar, noticed the fat content and and dumped both boxes in the trash. L don't know the value of slow bake... l think these bars are half baked and should not be on the market as a health product.
