SCAM! They will just have you wait, and after 3 weeks make a "refund", where you get store credits... you buy again, and same things happen... you will never get your money back, just store credits.
Trusted online shop, they sell stuff which I cannot see from other online store, I'm so much thankful for the whole processing I receive it in no time.
Do not order it's a scam, same story as everyone, products not available order from another merchant or refund, I'm stil waiting on my refund... Totally getting ignored, stay clear
Scam scam. No refund, no product send. Been 5 months. Customer service is not helping, not located in Singapore. Bank will not dispute after 2 months.

False advertisement as a website that is reliable, honest, transparent, etc. Ordered items over one month ago (NOV 2018) it is now December 2018, with no deliveries and marginal contact from 1outlet.com stating they will attempt to locate items and update... this has not happened. TOTALLY AND ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULANT BUSINESS. Should not be allowed to operate based on reputation here in Thailand!
Even though I couldn't purchase the product successfully through 1outlet, the customer service still kept a close look at checking my refund status and informed me by email.
I ordered 2 items. 1 item arrived and the other item's amount refunded to me after a month. It has not good reviews on net and i was confused to shop but i had a good experience with 1outlets.

Sent the product when they said they would. It arrived on the date foreseen. Even received a follow up call to check I had received it in good order. Excellent service received and would use again.
I have been waiting for a refund of items that were cancelled by 1Outlets due to failure to ship my orders, and its now 5 months, and NOTHING! THEY CONTINUE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE "facing some problems with our previous gateway provider" OR that the refund has already been sent, but after checking and rechecking with my bank, I have not received anything! This is a total Scam! SGD500+ into their greedy pockets!
My first order (which was placed on 25 Oct 2019) was lost (IDK how they lost it) so I was offered an identical product from another vendor in replacement, but it took them so long to even process my order so I cancelled it in the end. I cancelled my order on 24 Dec 2019 (two freaking months from my first order) and was informed that the refund process would take 10-30 days. Come 24 Jan 2020 and I still have not heard anything from them/see anything in my bank account. Contacted the support again and after SO MUCH BACK AND FORTH they finally refunded me on 2 Feb 2020. A pain to deal with.

The items I purchased couldn't be shipped to me due to some unknown reasons unfortunately. But at least I got to receive an explanation and refund. Hope my next purchase would be smoother.
The service when ordered to confirm the order was prompt and friendly. The tracking on DHL was excellent. The packaging however, was very poor fo such delicate contents, which caused some damage.
Got the item in perfect condition. The item was legit and comes in a very protective wrapping. Tra king my parcel was a no problem at all due to online tracking aystem.
