The website link to UPSP for address confirmation did not work so I had to take extra time to call customer service to place the order. I was unable to upload my prescription due to this issue so additional email communication was required. The product received was as expected/needed.

I won't be ordering from this company again. I did notice they were cheaper per box but then realized they charge shipping plus a "fee" of over $20 for them taking care of your order to ship it. So then the price is higher than 1 800 contacts, that provide free shipping and no hidden "fees". Plus shipping took way too long. They didn't have mine in their stock and had to order from manufacturer. No thanks
I was told my order couldn't be fulfilled because I needed a recent prescription for my contacts. So I ordered from another place and then a week later I found out that you approved my order. So now I'm stuck with many contacts. Does not happy with that. Hopefully my eyes don't change soon.
