Easy enough, however there was a minor issue when the site auto-filled the wrong doctor when I was looking up my provider. But the order resumed after a follow up email from me.

Shipping took a long time. Customer Service was great with answering my email and explaining they had to order my specific prescription from thier factory because they didn't have it in stock. Had I known that was going to be the case, I probably wouldn't have purchased.

I am happy with this order because it stated right on the order page that 4 boxes needed to be ordered to get the rebate since it defaults to automatically 3 boxes. I would not have ordered if it did not state that, but I am still really mad that it did not tell me that on my first order and I did not order enough boxes to get the rebate. I just assumed that 3 boxes of each eye was more than 4 boxes and when I called when I received the order, they told me that they could not refund and reorder and that they could not order 2 more boxes to the original order to get the rebate. Needless to say I was never going to order from get-lens again. But, I was happy to get the rebate this time!
I have ordered contacts from my eye doctor's office for years (which is very expensive), but after hearing about 1-800-contacts, I decided to make the switch. I was very glad I did because they offer more discounts and their overall prices are cheaper. After ordering, I only had to wait a few days and my contacts were delivered. Very fast!
I received my contacts and they were over 3.5 years after the manufacture date; meaning I had a much more limited time before they expired. (1.5 years). Since I don't wear all the time, I'll need to throw some away. Watch your expiration dates!
Even though I uploaded my prescription, my doctor's office rejected without giving a reason other than wrong. I called support. I was connected to a real person in less than 15 seconds. They cleared up the issue and walked me through the rest of my order. 💯

Similar lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson and Bausch & Lomb Inc followed the case against Ciba Vision.
Amidst these legal triumphs, Contact Lens Depot achieved $1.4 million in annual sales in 2001 and transformed, adopting the memorable name 1-800-GET-LENS.
