I was a pretty loyal 800flowerrs shopper but I will never use them again to send flowers. I placed an order for days before my friends birthday and receive notification that the gift was delivered. It was never delivered. When I called customer service, I was told that they had a very heavy delivery schedule and that's why it was not delivered. I find this completely unacceptable. I was placed on hold for about 30 minutes and then told that what I had ordered is no longer available. I was offered $20 off for a future delivery which I will not use and I'm not interested in 800 flowers ever again. Would not recommend them!
We had a tragic death in the family. I was told that they could guarantee delivery to the church in time for the funeral. THEY DIDN'T. The flowers STILL have not been delivered. Anytime I call, there is a brief pickup and then the phone just hangs up. When I use their supposed "chat" function, there is never a timely response. They CLAIM that there is less than 0 minute wait, but you can tell from the screenshot of the chat that even that is a lie. I am going to complain to my credit union to have this fraudulent charge removed.
I've use this service multiple times, including to my own door. The bouquets are amazing. Service was on time, on the right days… Every time!
Recently, I ordered two items for my girlfriend, which supposed to be a surprise, and they said they attempted delivered. They said they left a note. They did not. They have her contact information. She was home, and they didn't even knock on the door. I think the florist did not even attempt to make a delivery, or went to the wrong house without even calling her to get directions. I emailed the company this, and all they did was resend the email that said an attempt was made. This is poor customer service by being condescending to your customers, and not getting what you pay for with their service. Again, don't use this company.
I can not believe how this place declined - I am so disappointed - I wish I had not paid for the free shipping membership - I am NOT USING THEM again- HORRIBLE. I ordered flowers for my MOM's service they were late - when I called hysterically asking where was the florist they said sorry cant find them, before that I ordered a few times and always delayed by days even after I paid for the expedited shipping. I did love this site and used it a lot now I can not in my right mind give them any more money- currently I have an order I paid for 2 day service which I am being told Jan 8th. I paid for Dec 9th - how can this happen … and conveniently NO ONE understands what I am asking for and then they say they can not here me … TERRIBLE - this can not be the same old owners - NO WAY - DO NOT USE THEM
If you call and talk to these reps, don't put your trust into them, they'll defame you and rip you off, but breaking promises to be made with ETA time, not promised, so I'm not happy with this company at all. They all should be ashamed of themselves and the delivery drivers themselves. I ordered and arrangement for my girlfriend for our two year anniversary, something special for the love for her. I placed an order on November 25th, gave them at least a week to deliver the flowers which Decemeber 5th, made our two year mark, but the staff breaks there promises but not delivering what is needed. POOOR FREAKING SERVICE and the staff members all should fired on the spot.
They dont do a good job sent my sister flowers and they didnt even put them in a vase for 50.00 come on what the $#*! very disappointed
I placed an order as a gift for two individuals. First off the delivery was not on the day requested which meant it did not get to the individual at the appropriate time. Even more concerning is the boxes they were delivered in were close to crushed! Defiantly not looking like a gift at this point! I emailed back and forth with customer service for a total of nine rounds of emails only to keep getting the same responses. We need more info - I'd give them the info and two emails later they would ask me for the same info over and over again. Always saying they want to help, but really just hoping you eventually will get mad and give up. Never once was I offered a solution or replacement. Don't go with this company, they have the worst customer service and the statement 100% satisfied is nothing more than a joke.
I ordered flowers a week ago to be delivered on Nov 27. It was a very special birthday. Instead, they delivered them a day early! Had I known this, I would have made other arrangements. Here's my order # W*******3122. I'm really upset. I spent a great deal of money and the surprise was ruined. What's up with your poor customer service?!
Please do not use them! I ordered a same day flowers in which they could not deliver. They changed my order which was not authorized! They sent my grieving grandmother a happy birthday arrangement and delivered it the next day! I was on the phone with them the prior day all day and called to confirm they would send the original Flowers. I am Sooo upset and would not ever recommend them!
Placed order, cancelled later that day. Because of the incompetent staff members my order has been sent and I have been charged for item I DO NOT WANT. They offer absolutely NO HELP! I cannot even return the darn plant when it arrives! Company customer service sounds good, but are of no help. Ordered flowers for a funeral today. Had my order in well before the cutoff time for a same day delivery (and I was charged for this service). Guess what they never delivered. Yet they sent me an email saying
That the flowers had arrived. Now on a live chat... first agent hung up after answering no questions... dealing with second agent for over 40 mins
I would have given then 0 stars if a could. Placed a same day delivery order for my girlfriend today. Delivery was supposed to be before 6 pm. Called 1800flowers at 5 pm because I noticed that it wasn't in transit and I placed the order at 11 am.
Turns out the florist said that they would deliver them tomorrow even after I had paid for same day delivery. The agent for 1800flowers was just as inept at handling the situation as the florist was at delivering my order. I will never, ever use 1800flowers again...
Ordered for Birthday, 4 day before birthday. Only part of order was delivered and tried forever to find out were rest of order was on line and on phone. No emails no text to let me know anything about when rest of order would be deliverd.

Don't expect a timely delivery or good customer service. I have tried them 3 times & they struck out each time. Not even a foul ball... StrikeOuts!
I placed an order for next day delivery on the 14th of November for the 15th of November. The next day I would check the status of the order often. Never seeing a change in the status up until the end of delivery hours. I called the following day November 16th to check on the order. A "replacement order" was made for delivery the same day November 16th. The day came and went with no delivery. I call back November 17th to find out my order was outside delivery zone. At which point I asked for a refund.
Didn't even contact until the day after delivery was supposed to come-said they no long had the flower arrangement i had picked from their page. Sure i believe that
I called to place an order for My daughter's Anniversary. My first question to the rep did you deliver on Sunday. He placed me on hold and after a few moments came back! Yes, we do delivery on Sunday. So I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a few options and I pick one and gave him all the info each time making sure my order would arrive on Sunday! Each sure reassuring me yes they would arrive on time. Gave him my credit card info and hung the phone up. Several hours later I thought I would check the tracking info he gave me. Very much to my surprised the customer service rep had lied to me and took my money. After several calls to speak to a supervisor who is never available, I canceled my order. This was my first and last time ever using them!
I ordered flowers on 10/31. Next morning I changed card too person and family. Family was suppose to get flowers 11/6. Flowers never were delivered on Friday. So I called called on Saturday. Talked too Brittney. Said if they don't get delivered today. I would get refund. So they weren't delivered today. So I called back. So I get refund. And flowers get delivered still. Like I was told. Said no. Only get refund or flowers delivered. Plus they wouldn't get delivered until Tuesday. This was for a memorial. This is so unfair. They didn't make a exception. Plus no manger to talk too. What kind of customer service is this. How is this my fault. So my best friend family didn't get flowers. So sad.
I am absolutely upset, I order a beautiful baby girl arrangement for my friend. I ordered the large size. They delivered the wrong colors, wrong size and wrong arrangement, it looked nothing like the original picture. I will never order from there again! I wish I seen the reviews before I made my purchase.
