I ordered flowers for $93 ( after delivery and taxes) and the bouquet didn't even come close to what was advertised. Paid extra to have it delivered on Vday, didn't get to my gf till Monday the 15th at 11am. Flowers were beyond disgusting. I thought I was getting and exquisite boutique of flowers for my loved one but ended up getting a handful of flowers not even close to advertised but poorly set into a vase like you would find at a gypsy flea market. Never again will I go through this company. I am sick to my core with the product and professionalism I was provided
My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day two weeks in advance. 1800flowers guaranteed that they would be delivered by 8pm Friday, February 12. As of Sunday, February 14 the most information available was that it was somewhere in TN with no expected delivery date. Upon calling 1800flowers he was told the same information he already knew. Then he was put on hold for five minutes only to be told that the item he ordered was no longer available and would not be available until sometime in March. When he asked about a replacement the customer service rep could only repeat the next availability for the item. At that point my husband requested a full refund only to be put on hold for a second time. All of this took about 25 minutes. Since the service rep was not listening and just kept repeating the same things my husband ended the call a couple minutes into the second hold. This vendor has no idea what customer service should be and they clearly can't meet their promised deadlines or product descriptions. It was a total waste of time money and energy. We would not recommend them to anyone at this point. At this point he has completed the customer service follow up survey and still gotten no resolution to his claim.
I ordered flowers for my wife to have sent to her job she is a nurse during pandemic times. 1800flowers took my money did not send flowers and completely ruined valentine's day for the most important person in my life. I had to call over and over for hours to finally learn they were not gonna be sent only 2 hours before the end of the day not leaving me anytime to figure out how to get it done. 1800flowers really messed up our lives and taking over a week to get my money back.one of the worst company ever to deal with. Save the headache dont use them ever.the people answering phone cant even speak English well enough to be understood.
It said $1.95 service charges after i made the payment they took $15.95 service charge. What service charge what service you done to me tho. Never shop again frim u people.so whatch out for service charges they change it.
Never ever order flowers online! Go to your local florist. Flowers.com has no control over orders that state delivered but are not delivered. They are a middle man with no ability to right any situation. Very very dissatisfied. First and last business with Flowers.com
I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my wife 2 1/2 weeks ago. They were not delivered as promised. Multiple calls on 2/13 to their robo system assured me they would be delivered by 10pm, they did not show up. A call to their India help desk resulted in no additional help. A call to their China help desk on 2/14 said they were sorry, gave me a $20 coupon toward using their service again (NOT!) and said they will try again today by 8pm. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, use a local florist and personally pick them up to avoid hassle and disappointment.
I ordered Valentine's Day flowers 10 days early for my wife since I would be out of town and was informed on the 13th that they would be unable to deliver them until the following week. When I confronted them, they blamed the weather... Don't bother with this company.

Husband ordered me flowers on Friday 2/12/21 and they guaranteed delivery by 5 pm that day. They never showed up at my work and I stayed til 615 pm that day. He finally spoke to a live person on Saturday the 13th and they apologized and said they were issuing a refund in 2-5 days. We checked his account an hour later and they instead recharged his card. We called in to customer service wanting to speak to a manager got hung up on 4 times then reached someone and we getting the run around. She said we were charged and then refunded but we have proof we were charged twice on our bank account. So we still on hold an hour later and have gotten NO FUTHER THEN BEFORE. WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWO TIMES AND RECIEVED NO FLOWERS. We hope you can resolve this issue and get our 2 charges of $84.78 refunded before we have to go higher up to get this resolved. I have used your company alot over many years and never had this issue at all. I unsure if your customer service is not trained right and manager unsure if their job or what. But this is ridiculous. We are very unhappy and family, friends, and I are not happy and about to stop using your company. We been still on hold offered to send proof pictures from bank that we were double charged and manager not understanding or not doing nothing to solve this issue.
Please help use resolve this issue ASAP. We are not happy customers at all. And we are getting nothing resolved with your customer service except they keep charging us when they say they issuing a refund.

Ordered flowers for my mom's bday. Received a delivered email. Called mom all happy and she never got them. Tried to cancel my next order and no one responded. However they are not even responding to the messages because I sent a screen shot with the order Number instead if typing it so I guess trixie was not able to click and she did not want to type from the screen shot order number so they closed my chat and never responded again. Note the picture said delivered. They were never delivered. And I never got a refund. No one will answer my messages again. They deserve -0 stars.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day days in advance and scheduled them to be delivered on 02/12/21. Nice flowers to the tune of over $100. Thought that by delivering them early they could be enjoyed over the whole 3-day weekend and avoid any issues with delivery... I was wrong.
Come 12:00 PM; nothing. Checked online and all was good.
5:00 PM came and still nothing; got online and had a "chat" with a representative and no worries as they were busy and now it would be 8:00 PM. Starting to get pissed.
8:00 PM; nothing. I am pissed. Had another "chat" and they told me there were issues and that it would be 02/18/21 before the flowers could be delivered. Yep, 4-days after Valentine's Day.
Spent almost an hour on "chat" expressing my extreme displeasure and they actually tried to convince me that a refund of 50% on the flowers to be delivered on 02/18/14 with an additional $20 off my next order was a good deal. I kept asking to "chat" with a manager and they kept saying "one was not available". I asked them to call me and they refused but gave me their support line. Boiling mad.
Called their "hotline" and waited for 30 mins. Decided to select the callback feature; been waiting an hour... nothing.
Got back online for another "chat" and demanded my money back. After a few "choice" words they agreed to a refund.
Gets better. Seems that I will get my refund in 1-2 billing cycles and when asked how long that was, they stated 4-8 weeks. WTF! Told them it was not acceptable and that I managed a system implementation in which ACH funds could be delivered in hours and not weeks. Was told it was company policy and gave me the hotline number again.
So, how many people have they done this to? Thousands? So, basically they are sitting on millions of dollars collecting interest for 2+ months on a product they will not deliver and/or have no expenditure other than processing a bogus order. The very definition of a scam.
Still waiting on a call back; bet that will never happen.

Rceived our order today of roses and a vase for Valentines Day, for my wife. Well they delivered the vase and called the order complete. After waiting 20 mins for someone to help in customer service, was told no problem they will correct the order. Then replied we checked with the store is delivery on the 15th okay? Really delivery on the 15th obviously not married. I said no, refund my money pelase. Then had to argue with them to actually get a refund, unbeleavable. That was our last order.
Ordered flowers for a birthday. They never arrived, called them and said they would resend and never did. They are now telling me there is no such address. If the P. O, Amazon and walmart deliveries can find it, I assume it is the correct address!
Now fighting with them to get the money back!

NEVER received any requested call back from supervisors, always start the whole ordeal from scratch each call, HOURS of my time on the phone, flowers supposedly sent 3 or 4 times but never actually received? Never buy from this company. They mangled my order. Wrong recipient. Wrong date. Cancelling the order was a wreck of multiple phone calls and getting hung up on. Still no refund. No callbacks. No cancellation email. Total scam. Waiting on my $96.
