UPS failed to deliver the package the first attempt saying we had moved. Then tried to deliver the package again and said it was delivered but the package was never dropped off.

I ordered a mask replacement at about 3 AM on 06-20, after the seal on it tore. I paid over $20 extra for expedited shipping. I got a message on 06-21, stating the mask would arrive on 06-22. It was not delivered until the afternoon of 06-24. I was dissatisfied with paying extra for delivery, but apparently NOT having it sent any faster than if I had had it shipped the cheapest way.
As always 1800CPAP delivered my mask and accessories promptly. Very happy with their service.

I was disappointed in how long delivery took to arrive.
There appeared to be delay at Jakarta airport clearing customs.
In addition to the shipping cost of USD 39.78 I had to pay Fedex extra $6 to clear before
Releasing the clips.
