I was looking for some replacement Philips Amara Blue Gel masks for my Bi-PAP and found what I was looking for at 1800CPAP.com. I did chat with Nicole and she took care of me very well. I ultimately ended up returning the medium size masks (unopened) and exchanging them for the large size which I should be getting fairly soon. Perhaps it's just the state of shipping in today's world but I paid $50+ to expedite the delivery as I forgot a part to my c-pap while away on vacation. Despite selecting next day delivery, it arrived three days later.
I ordered a very specific AC adapter and cord and was delivered a totally different and much bulkier one not fit for travel. After complaining I received a note of apology and that a replacement was the on way. It's been over two weeks and still not here.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
