I ordered a new mask, hose and headgear. Needed them quick (dog attacked the old gear). I've ordered from here numerous times and have been impressed with quick delivery. I paid extra for expedited delivery - again, dog destroyed old set up. 1800CPAP did what I expected (and paid for), but USPS dropped the ball. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, it was 1 + weeks to receive my order. This was not 1800CPAC's fault, but they didn't really have an answer or remedy. I was told in numerous emails that if I didn't receive my order within a certain time frame (Way outside of what I paid extra for), they would take action.
They sell MEDICAL equipment. As i said, I have used their services before. For them to be 'it's not our fault and 'let's just wait and see if the shipper (USPS) delivers' is more than a bit disappointing.
Unfortunately, for many people, this is pretty much our best choice.

Mask fits well, only issue is getting used to clips again since previous had loops to put the bottom of the head gear to tighten.
I wanted a new face mask and cushion like the one I have. Going to my previous orders to duplicate it, I was confused that there wasn't a description of my past orders. All it has is order numbers. Very frustrating to open several order numbers and not finding what you need.
I then went to the mask section to see if I could get the same mask. I ordered one that I thought was it but it wasn't and it doesn't fit well for me and the extra cushions I have don't fit.

I initially got the wrong item. When I tried to report it, there was a bit of jumping through hoops. (First I reported it on the website, only to be sent a message with directions to send a new message by email). Just a bit of a pain. But it eventually got sorted out and I was re-sent a package this time with the correct item.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
Answer: Hello You are able to drop your machine off to our Maineville location Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Please note that payment will not be issued the same day as the unit must still go through the appropriate inspection process. Please bring all required paperwork.
