I needed to buy a new CPAP machine and my doctor recommended 1800CPAP, great experience buying online with them.
I bought a ResMed halter. The website described it only in three sizes: "small," "medium" and "large." I guessed medium (I'm a male of average size). Wrong. Should have asked for large, but who can tell in the absence of any advice or actual measurement? You can't return these things, so my money went to waste.
Two good experiences so far. However, when choosing payment, the site has a quirk in that it forgets that I upgraded shipping, and reverts to the standard shipping.
My water chamber needed a replacement & I had no clue where I could purchase one…after some searching online I was so happy to have come across this one at a reasonable price…

I didn't contact you until 2 weeks after order placed and not recieved. You put in a status request with UPS and after 2 days I contacted you again to ship me same order at no charge and you did and I received very quickly. Excellent customer service.

Answer: Hello Martin. We are a self pay company and therefore do not contract with insurance companies. In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
Answer: Hello You are able to drop your machine off to our Maineville location Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Please note that payment will not be issued the same day as the unit must still go through the appropriate inspection process. Please bring all required paperwork.
