Product Came faster than promised- easy ordering process
I had purchased from this company for the first time to help my step dad get supplies for his cpap, and the customer service I was provided is truly unmatched. My autocorrect accidentally changed part of the delivery address, and I was called directly by the company so they could bring the discrepancy to my attention for shipment so they could ship the order promptly. Service and shipping were good but I don't like the face mask that I chose.
Supposedly my order shipped on 12/21. Tracking number that I was given has not shown any movement since then. Still haven't received the order with no delivery date available.

My CPAP had stopped working so I contacted 1800CPAP.COM who I had purchased it from. They told me how to return the unit, which I did. After 2 days they let me know it could not be fixed and they were sending a new unit. Great service and easy to contact.

This is the third cpap I have had and the seal breaks and there is a whistling sound as the air escapes.
I clean it with the cpap wipes to no avail. I have tried small, medium and large cushions and the problem continues.
Also, the reservoir is empty every morning. I will gladly try any suggestions you may have.

I am not American and I don't live in America, so I am not used to the high level of customer service provided by American companies. My order was for delivery in the Middle East where I am currently residing.
My order was:

- well packaged to ensure items not damaged in transit
- delivered very quickly.
The shipping costs were not excessive.
But most of all, I am impressed with the way I was kept totally informed about the progress of my order. I had accurate updates confirming:

- order progress in transit
- expected delivery date
- order delivered.
At all times, I was reminded of the details of my order (number and description of items, product numbers etc). This is helpful as I had a number of orders being processed concurrently.

And now, the company appears to have a genuine interest in checking my level of satisfaction.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
