After being gauged by the durable medical equipment company for my CPAP supplies, I finally had had enough. That's when I found 1800CPAP.COM. They sell the same supplies as I was getting but at competitive prices. What's more, their customer service and shipping speed are excellent. I will continue to use them for my CPAP needs.
At home sleep kit worked well. Very easy to use and shipping process back and forth was easy. Received my prescription and test results in less than a week.
I don't love the F&P Eson II mask I use, but it works for me. I saw the new cloth masks on the website and loved the idea. It had a money-back guaranty, so I eagerly ordered it. When I found it created a lump under my nose and blew air into my eyes, I tried everything they suggested and finally they advised I get a different style of cloth mask for the price of the difference between them. They sent me that one without charge. Unfortunately, that one also injured me and blew air into my eyes. At that point, they could do nothing more for me, so I'm out $95. I don't know what the solution is, but there should be a way to see if a mask is going to work without spending all that money for something I can't use.
They are extremely helpful and you don't wait on hold forever! Priced right and DO NOT REQUIRE AUTO SHIP…which is awesome! Lets you control what and when you need product and based out of Ohio. Would HIGHLY recommend!

For some unknown reason my normal CPAP supplier that calls every 3 months for me to order supplies have failed for 9 months to send me a Heater Hose for a Dream Machine. No explanation given. I went to this site and lo and behold a heater hose was available, no problem, I ordered it and it came within a reasonable amount of time. Go figure why my normal supplier could not do this!

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
