If you're a new cpap user or just want to try a different mask for any reason, don't buy here. 1800CPAP's return policy is if you open it, it's your forever. They don't accept returns even if you've never used it but just opened it. They don't care that 99% of customers that are new to the cpap world aren't sure what they'll find comfortable or fit well, they just care about their bottom line. If they're smart, they'll allow the customer to return it at least once even if it means they'll lose out on profit for that one mask so that the customer will be happy and continue to reorder supplies from them. Supplies are quite expensive and they'll make up the loss in no time and earn customers for life. Instead of taking your chances, buy from CPAPsupplies.com. They allow a once time courtesy return even if it's used because they want customers for life. Also, they offer discounts. Try these discount codes: vip30 or SLEEP25. I tested the 2nd code and shows I'll get 25% off. Also, I saw that Lofta.com offers 60 day returns even if used as a one time courtesy and offers 25% off for military including veterans. If you think I'm advertising this for my own benefit, try the code(s). I'm writing this because I'm pissed at 1800CPAP for a terrible return policy causing me to lose out on $154 on a mask and headgear so I'm spreading the word and hope you don't make the same mistake I did.

The nature of their business affects people's health, and based on my experience I strongly recommend people to not order from them.
Even though their website offers the option for you to put in a different shipping address and billing address (and the shipment recipient's name and the name on the credit card used to make the purchase were identical) they sent me an email after a few days saying they flagged my order as possible fraudulent and demanded a copy of my ID.
After sending them that they asked for yet another piece of evidence, and then didn't respond for 3 days.
Once I called them they finally verified and then let me know that one of the items was out of stock and they refuse to send the multiple items separately.
At the end of the day they are sending out my shipment almost 2 weeks after ordering it (if they don't make any more excuses). My CPAP tubes are leaking and thanks to them I will have to deal with apnea episodes for an additional 2 weeks
This item arrived on time and was in excellent condition.
I live in Canada. The device was delivered fairly quickly. I had to pay Canadian sales tax, to be expected.
The User Guide or Manual mentions that storage could tolerate up to 600 degrees Celsius. That's six times the boiling point of water. It would melt down and/or burn in no time.
