This wasn't the site I was looking for but gave them a chance any way. They advertised Egyptian Cotton but they were not 100% if they were. There was not label on the sheets so I have no idea what the content was. There was no packing slip and no return label. I contacted them and they said return for full refund. I sent them back and waited. No refund. Sent back on 2/06 they received on 02/08 and have no record of them being checked in as of 02/20. Gave them tracking info and said the front desk received them according to the USPS. Hopefully they will send me a refund now. We'll see.

The sheets arrived. I bought 2 sets to get the "free"set. I got over the coupon and 10$ scam. I washed one set. As I went to put the fitted sheet on the bed I found a tear, or it wasn't sewed correctly, by the care tag. The sheets are very thin. I'm frustrated with the lack of being able to contact a person. There is something to be said for going to a store, feeling the product and having a person to talk to. Forget this company. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I purchased King size sheets from 1800Bedsheets because they advertised their sheets as "Egyptian Cotton"- turned out to be 100% cheap, paper-thin microfiber. They don't stay on the bed and are very flimsy. When I called their "customer con service" to ask about the return process, they continue their lies and double talk to justify their the false advertisement Yes, you can reach them at the following number *******000 to hear a litany of bold-faced lies- supposedly Kevin Wranes is the contact person, I only spoke to the phone answerer. STAY AWAY FROM 1800 BEDSHEETS! Buyer beware!

They are cons and hopefully won't stay in this business very long unless they morph into another name. I wish I had read these reviews before the purchase. Another lesson learned!

Cancelled order within hours after realizing content was not cotton. Was assured by email by Kevin Raines, *******@jorsm.com he would handle my refund on Monday, since the order was put in Friday. I emailed him twice that week and received no reply. Ten days later I had to file a dispute with Paypal, and it took almost a month of get my money back. Stay away from these dishonest people.

1800bedsheets is borderline fraud. The product is not what it claims to be. The review service they use YOTPO is a fraud. The manufacturer pays the review service and can choose to use only use positive reviews, which they do. They promise a rebate set of sheets. When you get your order there is a rebate form to fill out and then send $10.00 to get your Free set. The sheets are not worth $10.00. They don't stay on the bed and are junk.

I wish I'd found this review site before I ordered. They're bogus reviews made them sound wonderful. I ordered a split king set with 2 additional sets of pillowcases... three packages in burgundy. Each package was a wildly different color of "burgundy" from deep red to faded brownish red. In addition, the sheets are so thin you can practically read through them. Bottom sheets have a thin piece of elastic running through a thin casing around the entire edge to secure it onto the mattress. I'll be astounded if it makes it through the wash/dry process. The pillow case hems are loose on one side like a sham but they're not wide enough to close over the pillow. I've tried to call them to find out what to do about the color issue, but there is no phone number and the "email" contact is apparently reserved for questions from prospective buyers because I get no reply. I'm beginning to think that the Indiana address is a bogus front for a china firm. Almost anything you buy will be better than these!

I was so excited for our sheets to come in, we just moved into a new house and got a new bed. When they came in they were the wrong size - which is ok! Mistakes happen, I just wanted it to be corrected. I emailed them several times regarding the situation and did not get a response, my husband then called and they said they emailed us the return label and they'd send the correct size. There was no return label sent to us but another email telling us in another email there would be attached a return label. STILL NO RETURN LABEL. My husband called again and this time they didn't answer. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I would never recommend anyone buying from them, I just wish I could get my $50 back! Very disappointed.

I spent around $200 on sheets, had an issue with them which I legally cannot discuss at the moment, and they have resisted cooperating in a return and refund at every turn. You will not be getting the sheets you think you will. I hope everyone heed's my advice and avoids this company. I would hate for anyone else to experience what I have.

Perhaps you can see how I got fooled. These sheets are MICROFIBER - synthetic! I am in the process of clarifying how I can return the sheets. There are no return instructions on the website or in the package.
