Ordered a CalKing set, unpackaged them and washed before using. When I started folding them I noticed long thread pulling and bunching on all pieces but 1 pillow case.
Called customer service, sent pictures was told they would have to check with the factory.
I called and left voicemails, no response. I texted and got a call back to fill out the return form and write "warranty?" I would have to pay the shipping she said.
I checked their website and it said they would cover shipping if the product was damaged or defective.
I also read their policy that any and all exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. This was the 30th day so I zipped to the post office, paid $15 to send them back.
I then sent an email to an address on their website about the situation and that person processed a full refund
AFTER I already sent them back!
I'm out $15 which is very frustrating!
This is NOT Egyptian cotton. It is Microfiber made in China. It says right on the sheets but you see it only after you buy it. We made the mistake of ordering two sets. We only got one. This is a horrible product that misleads the consumer. I would rate them zero if I had that option.

So far sheets wash up nice and still are soft against your skin. Would have given higher rating if their "buy two get one free" offer was honored. They also offered the option of short vacation getaway which I mistakenly choose. However, received certificate which upon further research is a scam NOT backed by BBB. Would have cost alot more $$$ than sheets cost with all the hidden fees. Called the sheet people to see if I could return voucher (I didn't use) and get the sheets instead for $10 processing fee. Of course they could do nothing to switch so BEWARE of offer. Very disappointed that 1800 sheets support a timeshare scam! My bad but will never buy from them again!
You have to pay $24 just to return China made sheets. For the price it should be made in USA. Never buy here again. I give Zero stars.
My husband purchased the split king 1800 thread count Egyptian cotton for one of my Christmas presents. When I opened the product I couldn't believe what I had received. The product did not have any labels detailing the material. The sheets are paper thin almost see through. The stitching won't last long. This is fraud
Love the feel of these sheets but there is all this elastic around the edges. Keeps getting caught and difficult to undo. I finally had to cut elastic this morning to remove sheets. Will not purchase again.
Buy two get one free is a joke. Don't fall for this scam like I did. You pay for your 2 sets and they send you a rebate form. Pay attention, the rebate form has to be completed and returned within 30 days. However, the rebate costs money! Yes, you have to pay more money to get that "free" set. They don't advertise a 30-day rebate offer. They advertise buy two, get one free. False advertising.
Ordered sheets from this company and NEVER received them. Called and emailed with no response. Finally after 3 months my credit card company refunded my money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned! They are a scam and a thief.
At first they asked if I wanted them to send a prepaid shipping label and they would take the $8 shipping cost out of my refund I agreed but they never sent it. When I emailed back they said I would have to pay for shipping which cost over $18. I did wash them but as soon as I saw they wouldn't fit took them back off. And they didn't seem any smoother then the cheaper sheets Im using now, which are queen size and fit perfect. Lousy product, horrible customer service!
I ordered "PEACH" color sheets and extra pillow cases, I received the product and the color printed on the packaging "APRICOT ". That is not what I ordered. I contact the office and I received an email stating they will. NOT send me a return label because the colors are close enough". All I wanted now was an exchange for a different color. THIS IS VERY POOR BUSINESS.
I ordered a set of top split king and absolutely love them. Loved them so much that I ordered another set. I ordered mellow yellow color but received a florescent orange color. I have tried reaching them but they never answer the phone or returned call. Nor do they respond to emails. I will never order more because of their customer service. Below is a picture of what I received - certainly not a pretty mellow yellow.
I responded to the advertised 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. What has arrived are very thin microfiber sheets. From reading other reviews I believe this firm is involved in fraud and I will write to the Attorney General for the State of Indiana, Curtis Hill. I will also report the fraud to my credit card company and to Amazon pay.
Requesting a return or exchange can't get anyone on the phone, a voice mail picks up for you to leave a message. Sending emails for an exchange, no response from emails.
The sheets are labeled in big letters "Egyptian Cotton,' but the tab on the end of the sheet says in very small letters "microfiber." In addition the workmanship is terrible, with missed stitches in the edges and threads hanging loose all along the edges. The only saving grace was their willingness to take the sheets back and refund my money. Still, I cannot recommend them.
BEWARE. Beware beware. These are no Egyptian cotton, their are made in CHINA and junk. Feels like very thin flannel sheets--Micro Fiber maybe? Seems appear to be sewn by people with their eyes closed. Good Luck reaching anyone directly Phone has answering machine using Covid excuse. Emails go unanswered. So, now I am calling my bank to dispute this charge.
These are the worst sheets I have ever bought, even worst than dollar store sheets. No! Place on them is a tag stating materials used in making them, only says made in China. They are made of some slimy material that feels like wet polyester and you can see through them. If they are 1800 thread count I doubt the material is cotton. Mine is going to the local dump.
I've bought two queen sets. The colors are beautiful as pictured. The fabric is incredibly soft. However, the sheets had small tags with minimum information and no indication that the fabric was 100% cotton, as advertised. Furthermore, Ive made a purchase hoping this store is honoring the website advertisement that reads early spring sale buy two get one free. Made a purchase but had never got an option to add the free set.
On April 25th, 2020 I saw an ad offering buy two sets of split king spreadsheet and get one free so I placed an order. My Credit Card was immediately charged for three sets anyway and the "free" turned out to be getting a coupon instead to buy more merchandise which I have no intention to buy. I don't appreciate this "Bait & Switch" scam and plan to cancel my order if 1800BedSheets doesn't make good on their original offer.
Although soft... the elastic skirting on the fitted sheet is ridiculous. Too thin and weak to hold the sheet in place for even one sleep. Won't buy ever again from this site... also, made in China is a major turn off!
I ordered 2 sets of twin xl sheets. Washed them and when I went to put them on the bed I noticed a tag that said TWIN. And that is what they are - not Twin xl. They would not fit on my twin xl beds. I have exchanged 9 emails with this company to no avail. They said: Our Twin are actually Twin XL (39x80). If those don't fit the only way to get longer fitted sheets from us is to get a Split California King set which has (39x84) fitted sheets. However, on their website it states: Twin XL Fitted Sheet (39 x 84)! It also states Twin Fitted Sheet (39 x 80).? Since I sent the email showing what their website states, I have heard nothing! RIP0FF! Wish I had found this site first because their site has nothing but glowing reviews! I now have to waste more time filing complaints with PayPall and BBB. STAY AWAY!

Hello Kimberly. I am sorry you had this experience. The person that you spoke with on the phone was wrong to not give you a return shipping label. I wish you had emailed us first so we could have helped you. I spoke with the owner of the company, and I was told that they were going to send you a return shipping label on Monday, but you had already sent the package back over the weekend. I am glad that you did receive a full refund.
