Made a promise but didn't stand behind it. Then when they contracted me I told them what the problem was and you quit emailing back without solving the problem! So what good does it do to contract you!
I purchased a laser cartridge online but it was never received. After three weeks, I phoned in and they told me it was out of stock and had no idea when it would be replaced. I asked for a refund. I never saw the refund and two months later, I received a crushed broken box with a broken cartridge inside. After phoning them many times and providing pictures I was always put on hold or transferred to another department. I was told they would refund it but I had to pay the return costs. Many follow up calls regarding this issue and almost 3 frustrating months later, I finally received a refund! Would not recommend!
I purchased ink that came in defective and did not work. It took over six weeks to get my refund. On top of that they charge me for the shipping, even though what I got was defective. I would never purchase from this company again!
I gave the company only one star because of there poor customer service. There shipping was excellent and very fast however I ordered the wrong product and that is where my problem started. I have been trying to just get a simple exchange but they never answer the phone and the never return my messages left on there customer service line. I have sent them numerous e-mails and only had one response. They never gave me a address as to where to return the toner cartridges to and no return authorization number. I just want a simple exchange that's all. But you just can't connect with anyone there. Very poor customer service. I suppose there products are good but lookout if you have a problem, good luck.

If there were a minus score, they would deserve that. I ordered the combo cartridge package for my Canon printer. The total cost was $41.86 plus tax and shipping. Products did not print copies, they only printed smudged lines. Several emails were sent, but their customer (DIS)service never responded. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they were unable to help. PayPal was no help; they protected this unscrupulous seller. BUYER BEWARE. Stay far away from this company! Don't say you weren't warned!
I ordered 4 toners for my HP multifunction. After a week or so I hadn't gotten them and reached out to the company. No one answered the phone but I could "push 1" and receive a call back without loosing my place in line. Several hours later I got a call and was told old that the toners were out of stock in this warehouse but they were available from another warehouse and would arrive in 1-2 weeks. Called again and eventually got a call back and said they are back ordered but would be coming. Now when I call, the phone is never answered or a call back never comes. An email has also gone unanswered. Needless to say, I am not expecting the toners and have ordered from another company.
Been using them for years. Recently placed 2 separate orders and neither arrived. It appears that NEITHER ONE WAS EVER SHIPPED. Been trying customer service all morning. No answer. No call back. Just infuriating. Don't use them unless they get their act together again!
I purchased some ink cartridges and (3 of the black ones and 2 of the colored ones) are not working. I have called twice and nobody called me back. I have left a message and nobody called me back. I am very disappointed with the product and the service.
My husband and I have both purchased ink refills from 123inkjet and both of us have had issues with the refills. The first cartridge my husband received didn't work, and the company quickly replaced it. But the replacement didn't last nearly as long as a new manufacturer's cartridge would have. None of the cartridges I received would work in my HP printer. The company would not let me return them and when I opened the black cartridge it spilled ink all over my desk and pants and ruined them. I have talked to the service department several times in trying to get the cartridges to work, and they just told me to remove the requirement on my printer that requires a manufacturer's cartridge which is a factory setting on my printer and cannot be removed. Be careful in purchasing anything from this company!
I ordered an ink cart and realized it was wrong. I immediately called, rang, listed to music until it hung up on you, and did this until the closed. Meanwhile I sent a message on their site. I asked them to cancel, but it never happened. I found info online showing my Brother MFC-J805DW could use that black cart so I tried it. Would noot go in. But since I opened the box they would not take it back. And their site says Easy Returns. What a joke! Never again!

The prices are good... BUT... the service SUCKS...! When calling in an order. I have waited up to 24 Minutes...! I have went the "we will call you back " option and they did call back my (9:09 AM) call the NEXT day late ( 3:02 PM) afternoon and left a voicemail...! I ordered 2 black cartridges on 6 Dec. 2023... 12 Jan 2024 still have not received them... I have left a voicemail for them to cancel my order and to send me a text or email to let me know that will cancel my order and refund my money... NO RESPONSE...! No problems with 123InkJets so far. Have reordered about three times now. Satisfactory every time. Appear to work just like the Epson originals but at far less cost. Always try to have a couple of complete sets spare on hand.

Sent wrong ink after being on back order (with out notification) been waiting about a month for new ink. Ran out of ink. Had to get local. I requested a refund lets see how that goes
So, March 2017 I ordered 3 high-yield cartridges for my printed. These worked great, and got me through over a year of printing while occasionally working from home. Fast forward to July 2018. I run out of my last cartridge, so I got back onto their website, login into my account, and reorder the same cartridge from my purchase history. Not only did those three cartridges not work, but the six replacements sent do not work. The cartridge does not look the same either. So now I have 9 cartridges sitting on my desk, none of them working, and black hands from the ink. Disappointed to say the least. I wouldn't bother ordering from them unless you have a TON of time to test cartridges.
I have never ordered from these people. Am I the only one who gets endless spam from 123inkjets.com? I get at least 20 pieces of spam from them every day and there is no button to stop the emails. No unsubscribe that works. I have called and called. I would never do business with them. When I get them on the phone they pretend that they are having my email address removed.
They sent me a cartridge that didn't work in my printer - this after I called to make sure I was ordering the correct one. Their site says they guarantee 100% satisfaction, but although they refunded me for the faulty cartridge, they would not refund the $5.35 I paid in shipping. They said the shipping service had been performed so there was no refund. Every other company that has ever sent me a faulty product has refunded the shipping costs. The fault was theirs, but I have to swallow the shipping cost. I ordered a cartridge for less than half the price from Greencycle, with no shipping charge, and it works perfectly. I will not be buying from 123Inkjets again!
Trying to settle their error, this company always points the finger back at the consumer! After purchasing ink to maintain my AA miles, I was told I didn't shop through the AAMall, but another site and no miles would be awarded. As a result, I lost all miles and this company refuses to accept responsibility!

Answer: Legit I order about twice a year from them the past few years. And I go thru Befrugal to get cash back. I do receive emails when they are having a sale like 15% off ink so that is when I buy. Win win for me.
Answer: In 10 years it has never clogged my printer heads.
