I have been waiting on my order to ship. Received nothing from company until i inquired about my order, then to only find out they were out of stock!
Last year most of the cartridges were not recognized by printer. Cost me over $50.

No problems with 123InkJets so far. Have reordered about three times now. Satisfactory every time. Appear to work just like the Epson originals but at far less cost. Always try to have a couple of complete sets spare on hand.
If you use jet ink or toner they have it at the best price. Customer service shines and they usually ship on the same day you order. I have used 123inkjets.com for over a year and will continue to use them and tell my friends about this company.
Hello, I already purchased twice and I it was a very good experience because, the shipping time takes a bit but then my items arrived to me in perfect conditions and looking just like the photos in the website! They were really beautiful/good looking and the materials very good too, which make them appears much more expensive that they really are!
Best customer service. They guarantee their products' performance for one year from date of purchase. If you change printers and still have inkjet cartridges for the previous printer, if within one year of cartridge purchase, they will credit your account for the returned cartridges. Recently I had a problem with an HP AIO printer. They sent me out a new four pack and a free ship back label. I have been using this company for 10 years.
When we run low on our samsung printer I found that 123inkjets had the lowest price for replacement toners. $80 versus $160 for OEM replacement toners. Before buying a new printer I suggest using this website to find the lowest price replacement or NON-OEM toner and then base your decision on which printer to purchase. Printers are cheap, toners are expensive.
They do send out a email when they are having a 15% off sale which of course I order going thou BeFrugal to get a greater discount.

They are Wonderful with Sonic Fast Shipping which is important to me as by them I really need the ink. I also buy enough for Free Shipping.
So between the 15% sale and the BeFrugal money back in 3 months a winner for me.

I ordered 2 black and 2 colored cartridges. My HP would not accept the off brand. I need these replaced. Thank you. You are always prompt.
I've used replacement ink cartridges before and have been generally happy. Not this time though. The product arrived in adequate time, but I wish they would have never been delivered. Upon installing the cartridges in my HP printer the printer immediately gave an error code noting they did not recognize the cartridges and froze the printer. I did quite a bit of research on the error code and identified the problem. 123inkjets sent a cartridge that had the vent covered on the back and the HP printer could not identify or load the cartridges. This caused the printer to freeze and would not allow the cartridge to be removed. I was finally able to remove the cartridge and purchased new HP printers instead. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem and the printer remained frozen. The only solution was to purchase a new printer. I reported this to 123inkjets and there response was we'll get back to you. Well, it's been 4 months and no response. Thank you 123inkjets for ruining my printer and for your exceptional customer service. You broke my printer and your response was NO RESPONSE. What a waste. Stay away from 123inkjets as their product quality control is terrible and they're response to their issue is to ignore you and never respond.

This web site was OK until I received some merchandise that I needed to return. If you need to return merchandise forget about a timely reply or a fair resolution to your problem.
I got 26 copies from my first black cartridge, 82 from my second black cartridge. Best of all I only got 1 copy out of my color cartridge. Bad Ink - Do not buy ink from this company.
Send my ink for Brother printer model # 410 J primer. Luckily had extra ink.that is no way to treat a cliant
