How can u be selling items when every single review on any site states " that you are a bad company, you dont send what you advertise, you dont send at all, or something is out of stock, i dont think ive read one good comment about this company, and you come back with stupid excuses. you seem to be just like all these cheap companys that scam everyone. am i guranteed to get what you advertise or just some rip off

Hi, i placed an order on june 5th, 2015. i was wondering when i am going to get it so i went to my account orders. it says that my order status is waiting for payment but they didn't charge my card yet.
