It means that we have not received the payment if the order stutas is waiting for payment.

If you sign in and go to your order. Right beside the order number at the top is a sed/view message click the link and fill out the form. They get back to you really quickly.

I have no order number as they never sent me confirmation of my order but were quick in charging my account. I flagged them with my bank.
