Why don't you return my money?! I want a refund of my orders that was sent back to you!

I did get a refund. Only after I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and to blog about what a dishonest company this is.

I took out a claim against them with paypal... I sent the items back to the return address on the original packaging... I paid. Had tracking numbers... the items were received back. However,. Paypal said that the tracking numbers were not valid? What ever. I am not getting my money back... paypal closed my case with zaful...
