I have NOT ordered anything from Zalful ONLY because their sizes are ridiculous. I LOVE the clothes, jewelry, etc, but now that I read all the complaints I am deleting their site. About the sizing... a Large on Zalful is considered an 8 - 10. Are you kidding!? An Xlarge is size 12-14. What a joke. Again, loved the pictures but now that I have read the comments here I wont be ordering.
I ordered a lot of items on Zaful... let's say from 10 items 8 where perfect FOR THE PRIZE and that includes the material. We need to remember that are cheep clothes. So we can't expect material that is used in very expensive designer clothes. If we want that. We need to pay more. FACT. From 10 items 8 of them arrived between 14 and 21 days. 2 items out of the 10 where damaged. But Zaful gave me a full refund in form of order a new item on their page. As I asked for. PLUS they gave me Zaful-Points that when used the item gets cheeper. So after reading most of the comments here I'm a little bit disappointed on peoples thinking about prize and quality. Please always keep in mind... cheep clothes... cheeper Quality... expensive clothes... great quality. That's just the way it is. Aho!
When I ordered the first time, I ordered in early September for a trip to Hawaii in late October 2015. Order never came. I finally was refunded in January 2016. Good luck.
