If you go onto they're site you will see loads of people who never received they're orders or had them delivered to wrong address then because they are delivered somewhere they tell you to sort it out the prices are not as good as they look compare them with Amazon and you will find a lot of things cheaper this is a very dodgy company
Yes, it's (415) 503-3654, but every time I call, the answering service says that the mailbox is full.
Please be aware I ordered several hundred dollars in merchandise and two days later wish restricted me from purchasing additional items... stating they felt I was being fraudulent and this only happened after all items cleared my account with wells Fargo... and also claimed I needed to contact my financial institution to make sure I was able to make international purchases which I did contact Wells Fargo and I am able to make international purchases. Wish took it upon themselves to restrict my purchase activities because they felt I was doing something fraudulent that only my banking institution has the right to do and how ironic they do this 20 days before Christmas stating they will refund my money within 14 business days for no apparent reason so please beware of this company and their practices and just use your own discretion. I do believe they are practicing unethical business practices and they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau buyers beware
I didn't cancel my order, Wish refunded my order there was 19 things that I wanted, Their reason for refunding or canceling my order was because there was one thing that expired. So instead of removing that one thing they canceled and refunded the whole thing, but as I was looking over my bank account there was $95 charge from Wish that I can't find how or where that money went too/
I don't know for sure I have never got the chance to pay for my items, I'be been having a lot of payment issues. Every time I try to pay for my items I get message saying there's a problem with my user account. But I can't find out what the problem is. I can't get any response from the site so I just gave up. But I like everything I tried to order. Good Luck. 2310pat
Sorry Hun have never been to that sight before! I sure hope you took my advice and started going through PayPal! They can check that out for you with out reordering!
I have had nothing but problems with Wish.com. They have no customer service and you can't understand any answers if lucky to get one. By law if they send you a defective or counterfeit item they have to refund your money and can not make it your responsibility to pay shipping back to them for their mistake. They have an office in SanFrancisco CA. And you can file a complaint with the Alameda County District Attorneys Office Fraud unit then contact your bank or credit card company and tell them what had taken place they will credit your account and contact wish. Wish is banking on you will get frustrated and just give up because they think they can make you spend money to return defective product and it will cost too much to do, not legal. Just follow through with the D. A. and your bank
